1. Never saw this do any good. If anything, that is usually wasting a good fighter's opportunity to finish an opponent. Therefore I banned those stomps altogether and fights are actually better now.
2. Playing with some of Tekken characters, and apparently Jin Kazama is trying to get some hype squaring off with Darin Blood. The news title however..: "Kazama continues to lay into Blood"
3. So one issue I've long had with the fight simulation is how fighters get stood up from advantageous ground positions, like back locks, full mounts and side control. This just doesn't happen in real life (well, really rare). At the same time I don't want referee to not stand up the fighters who are long locked in a guard for example. Would be good to see referees adjusted to either not stand fighters up from those positions or have probability significantly reduced.
4. well, there are still a number of improvements I would like to see really (more like quality of life) - like directly controlling a child company, changing venue after booking the fights (but before ending current day), being able to see fighters' ranking outside of top 25 and sort by that ranking, assign fighters to gyms...there's a lot of improvements to be had if given opportunity. Not sure they warrant a new game though. Maybe a DLC?
5. I don't think you're getting a new version anytime soon. And the amount of playtime you can actually get out of this one is absolutely incredible. $35 is really not that much for this masterpiece.
6. That's what I call consistency Walter Morgan's Consistency stat is apparently close to a 100%
7. well, WMMA is not quite a sports manager game, but rather a MMA promotion simulator - the fighter relationships and overall economy and contract management have always been its weak point. Which doesn't take away how awesome it is as a simulator.
8. Thanks, Blackman - that's good to know, quite a bit of useful information.
9. Where is that information about 3% of rating or 15%? Or did you just empirically figure that out?
10. Try Football, Tactics and Glory - a wonderfully simple yet deep football manager/simulator.
11. Dude, your dedication is fantastic. I also like how they are all unique and realistic - great imagination!
12. Yeah, I'm at the end of 2004. Not as many folks retired yet. Surprising to see some of the icons doing not so well though. Also Keane losing to Hilton... what a shame
13. I had one just yesterday, but I believe this was a second occurence. Hyun-shik Lim though.... that guy had 3 No Contest fights out of his last 4 due to drugs. All not his fault. I guess it's his karma.
14.
Yeah, also quite weird to see Claire Peyton defeat Mallasz and Sadorra.

Btw, I don't see any real deal fighters in either Welterweight or Lightweight (except Sukarno maybe). Where are Jens Halle (absolute beast in my game), Nathan Chambers, Josh Aldarisio, Manuel Silva?

In Lightweight I would expect to see Lermontov, Nouri, Morrison, Keane, Helio...where are all of these guys?

15.
there's a ton of mods in the Mod subsection with pre-set fighters, both fictional and real world ones, debuting anywhere from early 2000s and to 2016 as far as I remember. You can have close to 6-10 thousands of fighters total depending on how picky you are.

There's also a huge number of awesome fighter renders in the render thread, especially by LoNdOn, greywolf00 and domj29 - those guys work like machines and have produced enough renders to make another game.
