Off the top of my head my profit formula is =SUM(sponsorship+(shows*ticket price*attendees) and my cost formula is =SUM(fixed costs+(shows*(show cost*average worker costs)). You then make rows for months with a running tally of your balance. By changing variables you can plan over a year out for what expected cash flow should be.
