Sorted now. It seems the issue was Ricky Knight was too much too old

I am playing a British company and WAW has folded so I have brought in the Knight's (Ricky, Saraya, Ricky Jr, Roy, Zak, and PJ). I want to appoint Ricky Knight who was owner of WAW to run my Child / Development Promotion. </p><p> </p><p> As it stands I have sent them all down there to work for the promotion (is this wrong?)</p>

I have someone signed up to be Owner and Head Booker of my Development / Child Promotion. How do I assign them to those positions? They don't come up in the list of options
