[How to do an interview in WS1?]

I played a pre-built wrestler instead of a custom-made one, and I got my interview! I think possibly a custom-made wrestler cannot interview in WS1.

I fixed it after following the advice in this thread, in short the dependencies are missing in Windows 10:

Finding the dependencies may not be trivial.

[How to do an interview in WS1?]

I've been playing WS1 for a while, won a title, did ok, but have never given an interview. I'm guessing that it must have to do with some kind of stat, but I don't know which.
