I remember downloading a who87 mod back in 2017 for a save I was doing. There were two wrestlers from wXw who didn't even have a picture available online, but I verified were actually real workers thanks to cagematch. In 4 years from 2017 they basically dominate the tag team scene in WWE. One of them was the artist formerly known as Big Daddy Walter and the other was Chris Colen. Low and behold by 2023 Walter is the uber-popular WWE champion. I honestly forget who I was playing as. Maybe I was just perpetually unemployed & just simming along just to see what would happen. I literally wish I screencapped this at the time, but it's engraved into my memory. But for sure I started paying attention to Walter IRL after this. It's crazy that he actually made WWE (Well not really because he's awesome) & it would be something if he got pushed to the moon in 2023 (Which I think would also be awesome)

He actually left USPW in my save & I'm thinking of making him more of a bounty hunter gimmick in another company. This is nice work

I'm testing a new c-verse based database, and Tommy Cornell signs with SWF 4 months in. USPW is declining rapidly with Vincent Victory as booker (Going from 80 pop to 60 pop in 10 months)

I would always try to make tweaks to the default database & make a go of it. For example, TCW in this database gets taken over by a billionaire's son & his wrestler buddies (Kind of like AEW). They sign free agent Jack Bruce who becomes a heel, acts like a rockstar & wears a scarf. USPW has a WCW-like decline with an apathetic roster & Allen Packer wants out. Victoria Stone has a falling out with CWA & becomes the new COO of SWF. C-verse can be fun, it's what you make of it. I only use the real world mods to simulate what may happen in the future just for fun.

There there pal. Every company has a booking decision they would like back. Jinder Mahal was given a title run. There have been countless others in the past. When you continue on with the save, 5 years, 10 years, 15 years you can look back and say "Wow remember when NWA gave GREG GAGNE a title run & Ric Flair put him over to boot? What a blunder!"

Thanks man. I've been downloading your mods since 2010 (Quarterly) & have never been disappointed. Can't wait to do an AEW save.

Outside of using facegen, a little bit of touch up on photoshop, and using hairpacks from football manager, I'm not so good at re-rendering. I was making my own C-Verse update where SWF goes through a more adult-oriented themed program & Jack Bruce turns heel, cuts his hair & has a more punk-rock themed gimmick. Any takers on this challenge? Thanks in advance

Kam. You're work is so good. It's unfortunate that photobucket is being a real pain for a lot of people. I liked the SWF logo I found on google, but I can't seem to download it. How disappointing.

<p>I'm currently trying to build a c-verse based database, but it is set 2 years from the 2016 default start.</p><p> </p><p> Notable editions:</p><p> </p><p> SWF - desperate to compete (And actually beat) with USPW, January 2017 saw Jerry Eisen stepping down as booker, being replaced with Victoria Stone. Stone wanted a new challenge (With Jeremy Stone's blessing, and immediately as a result they signed a NAP with NOTBPW excluding Sean McFly), and Rich Eisen was desperate to go in a new direction.</p><p> </p><p> This saw the likes of Tommy Cornell, Sean McFly joining the SWF roster. Tommy Cornell made an immediate impact. In fact, 2017 saw one of the most lauded matches in SWF history when Tommy Cornell faced Eric Eisen in a brutal "I Quit" match at Supreme Challenge. Eric Eisen gained a lot of respect when he was brutally beaten, covered in blood & actually wrestled through a Torn quad that he suffered in a match 2 days earlier. SWF also signed some Lucha stars and Puroresu talent (Similar to Triple H's talent initiative in WWE). A women's division was started & even a cruiserweight division is in the works.</p><p> </p><p> USPW - continued the raid of SWF talent such as Skull DeBones, Valiant, and Lobster Warrior between 2016 and 2018. Nothing of note happened until late 2017, an NWO-esque stable was formed with with almost everyone that jumped ship in the talent raids (Chris Morrisette (Lobby), Rich Money, Steve Frehley, and Val Villain (Valiant)). The formation of this group put a lot of momentum in the direction of USPW maintaining their pole position in the American wrestling scene.</p><p> </p><p> TCW - nothing of note other than Peter Michaels taking over the promotion, in hopes to utilize his wrestling business expertise to help compete with the other two.</p><p> </p><p> I just want to know if what I'm building would be too implausible for C-verse canon (This is non-canon anyway, but if there is any implausibilities, just let me know). The only thing that immediately comes to mind is Tommy Cornell signed a 10-year contract with 21CW at the start of 2015 & the fact that Victoria Stone would take any sort of money to join SWF.</p>

I'm in 2023 in my current save (Real World 2017). It's more of a sandbox game. I want to get so far into the future that the wrestling world is unrecognizable. I'm messing around, putting in guys from the C'verse, as well as fictional characters I've made up, and some fictional promotions that start to form. Most interesting is that Sinclair sold ROH and ever since, ROH is actually in competition with WWE in terms of popularity.
