A simple setting that adjusts things like ticket prices, costs, wages etc. as a percentage. Say, you wanted to play in the 80s, you could adjust these to 50%, meaning that revenue is 50% lower, but at the same time wages are 50% lower as well. If you’re playing in 2030, you could adjust it to be higher, or very much higher to simulate something like hyperinflation.
Another way would be to take the Out of the Park Baseball approach, with a master setting for each year, but that’s probably more difficult to do.
-
Is there a setting that lets you adjust inflation in game? It can be useful when playing in the 80s for example.

I have no idea how to check injury details in the worker menu. I opened the worker screen and tried clicking on the bar that shows his injury, but I get no further info. How do I check how long the injury will be?
-
Big John Studd - underperformed, got annoyed easily and once even decided not to care. Used him to get a few guys over and fired him.
-
Wait, you didn't have a booker hired either? That's probably a big part of it since as far as I know they wont do anything until you hire them
So they don't do their own hiring/firing at all? I can only send them people I have on my roster, I don't have spare commentators or referees there.
-
If you made them in the editor it's probably related to this somehow?
http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=547440
No, I created it using the 'investment' screen. I only added a booker for it as it wouldn't hire one.
-
Do they have any non wrestlers like refs, commentators, etc? If not that might be the issue
They don't, I assumed they would hire them by themselves, there are plenty available.
-
I created a child company and sent about a dozen of my promising workers there. They had enough events to start but no booker/owner for about 3 weeks, so I took over an NPC, made him the booker and resigned. After two weeks they’re still not running any shows, why?
-
I created two new titles - got some of the most popular wrestlers in the world to compete for them, consistently get title matches in their 80s, make sure that each champion has an opportunity to defend it and put them on my biggest events. The prestige, however, still sits at around 50 - why?
-
It's discussed in the handbook. Essentially, since there's no legal documentation involved, Exclusive Handshake agreements are nearly impossible to enforce.
What’s their point then?
-
I hired some workers on an exclusive handshake in beta but they're still working for other companies. Is it a beta issue? How should I fix that?
-
I just don't understand why one is awesome and the other is abysmal. They should be the same.
Many rules don’t apply to the AI, AFAIK, like booking someone too often or not hyping enough, so there you go.

If I want to book and old fight, like Flair vs Hogan ‘91 bout, with essentially several fights in one:
1. Hogan wins fair and square but the judge finds a weak reason to keep it going.
2. Flair wins dirty with a metal ring he later hides in his pants.
3. Hogan wins fair again, this time ending the bout.
Should I book something like this as one match or three?
-
This was addressed. The specifics escape me, but I believe that workers in spillover regions from your company either have very low travel expenses or won't ask for their expenses to be covered at all. Either you're on an old version, or this wasn't implemented to the level that was intended.
I signed my workers in beta so I don’t know yet.
I have workers from all over the U.S. and some young lions who earn $50 a night and still travel from New England to South West twice a week.

Pure accident for me too, got desperate and started clicking everything lol

US is big, really big, and it makes sense that some wrestlers, especially in the past, didn’t travel very far. In my game, however, I have quite a few guys I’m paying peanuts, with travel expenses not paid, and on handshake contracts they still wrestle all over the US - what they earn cannot cover these tickets at all when bouts they take part in are coast-to-coast all the time! Not to mention how gruelling it must be to fly every day!
We clearly need restrictions regarding how far wrestlers are willing to travel, especially when travel is not covered.

Autobooker does not work well yet. I genuinely don’t know how people are happy with it.
Try autobooking a show with RAW and just look at how long all the angles and matches are.
Autobooker doesn’t do better than 50-60 when I can easily do 80. It doesn’t work great in my book either.

Great job improving the UI
I didn’t think that UI changes were still possible at this stage but the biggest problem with the game has been fixed. Thanks!

I have a small company with 2.6 million in debt for about a month now, and I wonder - what are the conditions for bankruptcy? This company got into trouble because of their insanely high production value and will likely stay underwater as it refuses to get rid of it. I’ve never paid attention to this but as they’re my main regional rival, it got my interest.
-
A broadcaster quit on me because of the bout quality and no one else would sign a deal with me now, when can I expect them to do that again and what can I do to accelerate it?
-
I haven't had a single fart incident over dozens of two month-playthroughs, so that just seems like pure coincidence. Are you using the current patch?
As for negative personalities, I hope they actually have the ability to tank a locker room in the way described in 2020. In the past, it always seemed a bit to easy to offset troublemakers.
I do have the most current patch, maybe it’s due to the roster size (I have 48 wrestlers on my roster, 52 before).
-
You mostly miss the point. Read again: I removed the vast majority of bad personalities after the conversion, leaving TWO: a bully and a gloomy one on my roster. These two were enough for my backstage atmosphere to sink and it stays at 0% even after I removed all the bad guys. It never recovers. Plus, even when all the guys are a positive influence, I still get 2-3 stinkiest farts per event, and as many as 6 at times. Perhaps that causes it to stay at 0% no matter what.
How can you check popularity spillover?
