  1. I think Alter Egos, when created by the player, should have the option to be company-exclusive or free to use elsewhere. This could be used to simulate when people get their names or gimmicks from smaller indy companies and use them all over the scene, or ex-WWE guys promoting themselves under their WWE names. I also just think it'd be useful to be able to do this since there's no way for workers who randomly generate into the game world to gain a new name besides their debut/shoot name without manually editing them in the editor. I also think that in the Regeneration settings (in-save editor, where you can Enable or Disable the setting) there could be an option for only "Legacies" to regenerate. While this can be set up in the editor before saves, it again requires manual editing in the middle of saves to only have masked generated workers regenerate as legacies and prevent non-masked workers from regenerating. I may be in a small minority, but I prefer the regeneration mechanic to only be used for masks and legacies, so I think a setting like this could be useful.
  2. LATE TO THE PARTY! This would be spitting in the face of all the work that has gone into the render set over the years too.
  3. *Is conveniently a month late to the question* HELLO ALL! This is a dead project, indeed. What started as a random thought concocted and developed into a WIP-mod soon found itself sitting on my mod-making shelf and since the last "update" there has been *0* progress made on the database. That said, it still remains something I may return to at some point in the distant future. Just not right now or anytime really soon. I have since learned to render for myself, and dabbled in graphic design & other shenanigans, and I have my hands in several project cookie jars (as well as working all the time in the real life life of yours truly) - including an entirely fictional verse of my creation that should hopefully come out some time within the next 18 months! (I know, truly an inspiring deadline to have.) So I'm quite the busy lady these days. But to tl;dr it: Cornellverse 1931 will not happen now, or anytime soon. It may happen in 2031 though, thus giving you a full one hundred years to experience. 😝
  4. Gotta agree with willr0ck here, mostly. It's absolutely obliterating at times seeing all of this be used for worker renders as I've perfected my own way of doing things in Daz over the last couple years and it's like "man, it's all gonna be for naught, ain't it?" I think the AI is incredibly useful as a tool for everybody though, and I certainly don't mind the logos and titles and such it creates. But as a render artist it does crush me a bit knowing I'll never be able to keep up with the sheer output of the machines. An amount of pictures that used to take me a week or so can be done in just thirty minutes with this stuff, and on my best days I can still only maybe do half of what somebody with a bit of free-time and some really thought out prompts can do in an hour.
  5. It might have to do with the fact that you have contradicted yourself quite a few times here.
  6. I think the only person not understanding here is you, my friend. Putting renders into an AI is not grounds to claim the work as your own. It's plagiarism with an extra step, and it's very clear that you have just taken renders made by legitimate artists and put them into an AI to get some half-baked output. It takes a couple messages to get permission from these artists to use renders for projects. Running them through the AI and claiming them as your own is just spitting in the face of those artists and frankly it's quite disrespectful. If I found someone to be doing this with MY renders, I'd bring the wrath of zeus down upon them. But that's just me.
  7. Seeing artwork by many artists clearly run through some kind of filter, I'd hazard to guess that these are in fact, not "your" renders.
  8. So is this where all the cool kids hang out now? It seems the time has passed me by.
  9. I for one would like what we all do to sound super duper fancy 😜
  10. You're a monster! I'll come across the pond and show you what-for, big man! 🤬
  11. Yeah, I'm Keith Vegas' wife! What about it?! Don't you lot badmouth my sprout-faced little weasel! 😡 Looking forward to giving the mod a go. I love the '77 database so am glad to see a fully fixed and updated version finally come out.
  12. Rightio! Sorry, everyone. I don't check the forum much anymore, so it's on me that things aren't updated. This gal has other things on her mind 🖤 If anyone would like to make a new one, by all means please do so. I've no guarantee that I'll be keeping it updated anymore and I haven't consistently updated the thread in over a year now. I'll probably go through at some point and fix the links and do all that but like I said -- no guarantees as I'm no longer frequently on here and the best way to get ahold of me is via the unofficial discord or just on discord in general. (@Cheyanne#2512 on there.)
  13. Seeing as I've been named here! If anyone would like a custom render made for their submissions, hit me up on the Discord (@Cheyanne#2512) or leave a description/reference of the worker in question here with your submission. Dunno how many I'll do but the offer stands. I will not do masked workers though, please do not make me do masked workers 😱🖤
