Question: Worker Personality & Attitude

This is a post about each workers actual Personality & Attitude and not wether they are a "Personality" or not. I've looked all through the help file and can't find a decent description of what all the different Personalities and Attitudes mean and how they effect how the worker behaves.

I would think that these are self-explained. Professional - Will do what you ask him to for the company Free Spirit - Has a will of their own (might show up late, get in fights, be a freelancer, etc.) Egomaniac - It's all about me Normal - Just your basic person People like Jackasses, Manipulators, Politicians, etc. cannot become locker room leaders.

Politicians and Master Politicians can become Locker Room leaders. In fact all personalities minus jackass and manipulative can be. And I dont think Attitude effects "locker room leader." I know that Manipulative, Driven, egomaniac, Selfish, politicians and master politicians always think they should be pushed one step ahead of where they should though.

I've noticed that people who are driven are less likely to make friends backstage but push themselves harder in terms of improvement.
