Developement?

Does the type of improvements my workers will get depend any on the type of promotion I send them to? Like if I want hardcore workers, will sending them to the hardcore promotion make them hardcore wrestlers?

Workers improve mostly by working with people who are better than they are but also partly by natural development too. So if you want people to get better, send them to a place that has some better workers for them to learn from. Hardcore promotions are more likely to have more hardcore workers so they are more likely to get better at hardcore. But they won't improve in hardcore just because it's a hardcore promotion. the way i do it and has worked very well for me is pick a skill you want to work on.....say arial.......if you want to build a good flyers devision then sign alot of low to mid level flyers *d to c+* and keep them in development durning the entire contract length......*nine month from what i have found* at that point if they are not good enough yet keep them all down for another tour of development. When they are good enough to call up pick anohter area.........say hardcore......it takes a while but after a few years in you will have a group of workers for each "devision"
