Consrvtve Posted April 2, 2007 Author Posted April 2, 2007 April Week 1 Before the music and pyro, a video is shown which recaps Wrestlemania XXIII, specifically the Money in the Bank match, the "Battle of the Billionaires", and the WWE Title Match. Following the video the RAW theme plays and the pyro goes off. Jim Ross- "Welcome Ladies and Gentlemen to RAW, one night removed from the biggest Wrestlemania of all time. John Cena defeated Shawn Michaels in an all time classic match. Jerry Lawler- "But don't forget JR, we also have a bald billionaire who also happens to be our boss and he's been fuming for the last twenty-four hours." Jim Ross- "Not just fuming about Donald Trump either. After his hand picked man, Umaga failed to defeat Bobby Lashley, Mr. McMahon has put Umaga in a match tonight as well..this can't be anything but a punishment..with the Great Khali." Jerry Lawler- "Khali?! Is the ring secure enough to have the two of them in it?" Jim Ross- "If you think that's big, as was reported on WWE.com this morning, the Chairman also made our opening match for the World Tag Team Championship. John Cena and Shawn Michaels, one night past a brutal battle put their Tag Championship on the line against the World's Greatest Tag Team." World Tag Team Championship Shawn Michaels and John Cena © vs The World’s Greatest Tag Team The World's Greatest Tag Team is already in the ring when John Cena's music hits. He walks down to the ring but doesn't enter it. A moment later Shawn Michaels music begins to play and he locks eyes with Cena as he comes down the ramp. They enter the ring at the same time, and seem more concerned about each other than they do their opponents. As the match begins, Shelton Benjamin and Shawn Michaels are in the ring and as Michaels is busy arguing with Cena, Benjamin attacks from behind. It doesn't take long for Benjamin to focus on Michaels back with a series of stretches, suplexes, and blows to the back. As he and Haas make quick tags they use double team attacks, which draw Cena into the ring only to be blocked by the referee and allow for longer double teams. Haas whips Michaels into the corner and charges but Michaels raises his boots and plants them into Haas' face. Falling, Michaels crawls to his corner. Haas makes a tag to Benjamin and just as he gets to Michaels, the tag is made to Cena. Cena enters the ring on fire and goes to town on Benjamin. Haas comes in and quickly is dumped over the top rope. Cena whips Benjamin into the ropes, and meets him with a kick to the stomach, then scoops him up for an FU. Haas gets back in the ring and disrupts it. Cena turns to fight with him, allowing Benjamin to regroup. Michaels comes back into the ring and when Benjamin turns around, he goes for Sweet Chin Music but Benjamin ducks and Michaels kicks Cena in the mouth. Haas quickly slides in and tackles Michaels as Benjamin made the cover. 1-2-3. Winners by Pinfall and new World Tag Team Champions: The World’s Greatest Tag Team. After the match the World's Greatest Tag Team grabbed their Championship Belts and head up the ramp. A replay is shown, highlighting Michael's errant Sweet Chin Music. Michaels looks down on a still dazed Cena, looking visibly upset when Randy Orton hits the ring from the crowd. When Shawn Michaels turns around, he catches a clothesline over the top rope. Then Orton gets atop Cena and begins peppering him with punches, busting him open. As officials hit the ring, Orton dives out, all smiles. COMMERCIAL BREAK Following the break, the camera finds John Cena and Shawn Michaels nose to nose in their locker room, Cena not bothering to wipe away a thin trail of blood running down his face. No words are spoken, no punches are thrown. After a few moments, Shawn Michaels takes a step back, turns, and walks out of the room, leaving Cena still looking angry. ---------- Jonathan Coachman is in his office, on the phone. Coachman- “No, no, Mr. McMahon hasn’t arrived yet. I don’t know when he’ll be here. Look, after last night I don’t even want to say the name Trump anywhere around him. Yes, I’ll tell him.” He turns around and is staring into the glaring eyes of Mr. McMahon and his newly shaved head. Mr. McMahon- “Did you say…Trump?” Coachman swallows hard, before offering the phone. “Your….your wife wants you to call home.” McMahon swipes the phone from him, and motions him out, looking angry as he dials. Umaga w/Armando Estrada vs The Great Khali The Great Khali's music begins playing and the giant makes his way to the ring for his match with Umaga, as punishment for Umaga's failure the night before. Khali doesn't get half way down the ramp before Umaga attacks from behind, knocking the big man down to a knee as he pummels him. Khali roars and grabs Umaga by the throat. Armando Estrada comes running down with a chair and smacks Khali. It hardly fazes him but it grants Umaga the distraction needed to slam Khali with a Samoan Spike. This brings the giant to his back. Estrada slips the chair under Khali's head and Umaga walks up the ramp a few paces, then takes a short run at Khali before jumping up and dropping a headbutt down. Khali struggles to get to his feet but he's sluggish and falls back onto his back. Estrada helps a slightly dazed Umaga to his feet and away as a replay is shown of Umaga's attack on Khali, spotlighting a slow motion view of the leaping headbutt onto the chair. Winner: No Contest Backstage the camera finds Shawn Michaels still in his wrestling gear with his duffle bag over his shoulder storming to his rental car, throwing the bag in, getting behind the wheel and peeling out as the show goes to commercial. COMMERCIAL BREAK As the show comes back from commercials, the theme of Mr. McMahon begins to play and he struts down to the ring with his personal assistant Jonathan Coachman. He stops half way down the ramp, looking with disdain at the crowd who harangue him with insults about his now bald-scalp. He makes his way to the ring and gets a mic from announcer Lillian Garcia. Mr. McMahon- "Last night was the…the worst night of my life. Three people failed last night. Umaga obviously…and by the way, don't think that attacking Khali gets you out of that. In two weeks at Backlash, it'll be Umaga vs the Great Khali in a Falls Count Anywhere match and no amount of pre-match attacks will change that. "Second, all of you people failed. I have given you everything you could want. You're here in this arena tonight because of me…because of my vision. And you turn your back on me. Call me names. It's because of you that I look this way tonight. And I will never forget that. The crowd boos but Coachman nods in agreement. "Finally, I want to see a train wreck tonight. I want to see people who have been worn to the bone battling for their careers. Tonight you’re going to see the WWE Champion again in this ring as he defends his championship against Randy Orton. And whoever loses, is going to be FIRED!" COMMERCIAL BREAK Following the commercial break, the cameras find Melina and Johnny Nitro in the back. Melina- “You know Nitro, it amazes me that we’re so undervalued on this show that we’re not even given a match tonight.” Nitro- “I know babe. You’re the WWE Woman’s Champion. I’m a former multi time champion. Where’s our match? Where’s our chance to shine?” Melina- “That’s exactly it. The powers that be want to hold us down so that we can’t show the world how great we are. How we deserve to be main eventing everything.” Nitro- “So what are we going to do about it?” Melina- “I’ll tell you what we’re gonna do. You’re going to make a statement. You’re going to call out a Legend and destroy them. Something so…media-worthy, that they’ll have to give us the spotlight that they owe us.” Nitro- “You’re so sexy when you’re plotting.” Melina- “I know.” Kenny Dykstra vs Val Venis Both men are in the ring when the camera returns to ringside. Val controls the tempo early using his experience. However when he whips Kenny into the ropes, he telegraphs the backdrop and Kenny instead drops an elbow on the back on his head. Dykstra doesn’t waste any time going on the attack. After controlling the match for a few moments, Val began to fight back against Kenny but a short back elbow stopped his momentum and lead to a Russian Leg Sweep. Dykstra signaled to the crowd that it was the end and he made good on his promise by destroying Venis with a jumping piledriver, ala Mr. Wonderful Paul Orndorff. The pinfall cover was elementary. Winner by Pinfall: Kenny Dykstra The camera finds Crymetyme. Cade and Murdoch and Ron Simmons backstage. Shad and Murdoch are seated at a table with several dozen empty beer bottles in front of Murdoch and several empty 40 ounce bottles in front of Shad. Simmons stands in between the two teams holding a handful of money. Murdoch tries to finish his current beer when he swoons and passes out. JTG celebrates and takes the money from Simmons and leaves with his partner. Cade checks on his unconscious partner as Ron Simmons just shakes his head in disgust. "DAMN!" ---------- Backstage in their Locker Room the new World Tag Team Champions, the World's Greatest Tag Team are still celebrating. Maria walks in to interview them. They're not interested in her questions however once some champagne bottles spray her cleavage. As she continues to ask questions, Benjamin and Haas just stare at her chest as the show goes to commericial. COMMERCIAL BREAK The Smackdown Rebound is shown highlighting Stone Cold Steve Austin interrupting JBL and giving him not one but two stunners on way to a beer bash. Carlito vs Viscera Viscera is already in the ring as Carlito's music begins and he comes down to the ring. Carlito is understandably wary about taking Viscera on head to head and instead when Viscera lunges to grab him, Carltio side steps him and jumps onto his back, applying a sleeper. Viscera staggers around the ring, then runs backward into the corner, crushing Carlito. Viscera whips Carlito into the opposite corner but when he charges Carlito moves. Viscera hits the corner hard and staggers back into the middle of the ring holding his chest. Carlito comes in from behind and pulls Viscera down into his knees with the Back Cracker. A quick cover gets the 1-2-3. Winner by Pinfall: Carlito Backstage the camera finds Candice Michelle getting something to drink from the refreshment table when Kenny Dykstra comes walking by. He turns and walks back to her. Kenny- “Hey Candice, did you see my match tonight?” Candice- “Uh, yea I saw part of it.” Kenny- “What’d you think?” Candice- “It was okay.” Kenny- “Okay? Didn’t you see how I dominated out there?!” Candice- “Yea…I’ll uh..see you later Kenny.” Kenny- “Wait a minute, you don’t walk away from me!” Kenny grabs her arm and pulls her to him for a kiss. She responds with a slap across his face which drives Kenny even more angry. Just then, Carlito, fresh from his match passes by and walks over. Carlito- “Hey, leave’er alone.” Kenny drops Candice’s arm and swings at Carlito, who blocks his punch and retaliates with a right hand of his own, which sends Kenny over the refreshment table. Candice turns, thankful for the save and kisses Carlito after a brief thank-you. As the camera pulls back, a concerned looking Torrie Wilson stands in the back. ---------- The camera finds Mr. McMahon sitting on the couch in his office, talking on his cellphone. Mr. McMahon- "Hey Shano, it's your dad. I wanted to leave you a message and let you know to make sure you watch ECW tomorrow night. I've already got Umaga's punishments out of the way and tomorrow night I'll show the people why they shouldn't have disrespected me like they have. I'll catch'ya later pal." He closes the phone and looks focused as he plots his revenge. ---------- Before the show goes to commercial, a graphic is shown to hype the main event match of the evening, John Cena versus Randy Orton for the WWE Championship. COMMERCIAL BREAK WWE Championship John Cena © vs Randy Orton Orton goes to the ring first and then Cena comes out, looking haggard, with his forehead bandaged from before. They start off with a lockup and the fresh Orton takes advantage, going straight for the bandage. In short order he’s busted open the Champion again and the blood begins to flow. Orton then goes after the neck of Cena, setting him up for the RKO to come. Orton attempts a piledriver but Cena backdrops him over the top rope and falls to his knees for a quick breather. Orton lays stunned on the outside as the Champion rolls under the rope and picks him up to a standing postion Cena lauches a fury of right hands, and whips Orton into the announcer’s table. Cena scoops up Orton and slams him onto the table but not hard enough to break it. He then climbs up to the top rope as the announcers scurry from the table. Cena flies through the table, getting some incredible air before crashing into Orton and through the table. The referee hurries to the outside, checking on them, then flashes an ‘X’ sign, signaling for backstage help. Winner: No Decision As the referee checks on Cena and Orton, still laying amongst the remains of the table, Mr. McMahon comes out to the top of the stage. Mr. McMahon- “You think you’re going to get out of it that easy? Oh no, not when I want to see suffering. Next week, there will be a rematch in a fifteen foot high steel cage in that very ring! Jim Ross- “My God, King. A cage match next week after all Cena’s been through.” Jerry Lawler- “But what about Shawn Michaels?” Jim Ross- “We’ll have to see about that next week, King. For Jerry Lawler, myself and everyone here at Raw, we’ll see you next week!”
Thunder Posted April 2, 2007 Posted April 2, 2007 I'm reading this one. Do you plan on staying ahead of the real shows on TV? It will be interesting how different or close these turn out to be.
Consrvtve Posted April 2, 2007 Author Posted April 2, 2007 If we can keep to a real life schedule that'd be great but we learned the last time we did this that sometimes that's more trouble than its worth.
theunforgiven Posted April 2, 2007 Posted April 2, 2007 www.anonoblog.tk WWE Monday Night RAW April, Week 1 Reviewed LIVE! By Andrew Vice Commentators: Jim Ross & Jerry Lawler WWE World Tag Team Title Match 1: Worlds Greatest Tag Team (Charlie Haas & Shelton Benjamin) vs. John Cena & Shawn Michaels Hmmm, I wonder who is going to win this match [/fakesarcasm]. Cena and Michaels are doing very well at selling the intense hatred each man feels for the other. Michaels is playing the old Face-In-Peril role, and Benjamin and Haas are doing the old heel tag team tactics. Luckily Michaels, Benjamin and Haas are good wrestlers. The ending was expertly done, with Cena going for the FU on Benjamin but Haas breaking it up, Michaels went for a little Sweet Chin Music but caught Cena instead of Benjamin and we have new World Tag Champions! Way to prove me wrong WWE Winners: Worlds Greatest Tag Team - *** Match 2: Umaga (W/Armando Estrada) vs. The Great Khali This is either gonna be bad or awful, well Umaga is actually pretty good but Khali is just…tall. Oh wait Umaga has decided that instead of facing Khali he’s gonna beat the ever loving s**t out of him. That’ll work too though. After a few chair shots, a Samoan spike and a head butt to the outside onto a prone Khali, Umaga is satisfied and leaves. Winner: No Contest – N/A Match 3: Kenny Dykstra vs. Val Venis Wow, Val Venis on RAW. Dykstra has been real hit or miss since becoming a singles competitor; it depends who he’s in the ring with. I’ve always liked Val and thought he was a good worker. Venis controls early, but Kenny quickly takes control. The jumping piledriver to finish was a surprise and looked pretty damn good. Winner: Kenny Dykstra - ** Match 4: Carlito vs. Viscera Oh dear sweet Jesus, what did Carlito do to deserves this? Answer me WWE…ah well I guess they need to put Viscera on TV every now and then to assure people he’s still alive. Carlito is a hidden highlight machine, he’s just so good…Viscera, not so much. Somehow, someway Carlito manages to pull of the win! Winner: Carlito – 1/2 * WWE Championship Match 5: John Cena © vs. Randy Orton Wow, this is a huge main event. This was actually a really good match and a sign of a possible program to come. Cena is busted early from his Wrestlemania wound, and Orton controls the early part of the match up. Cena however rolls to the outside before an RKO can be administered. On the outside however, Cena sets Orton on a table before crashing through it with a huge splash. The referees flash the ‘X’ sign to end the match. Awesome. Winner: No Contest - *** 1/2 Best Match Of The Night: John Cena vs. Randy Orton Worst Match: Carlito vs. Viscera Every week, I will give a MOTN to a match on RAW, SD and ECW. Come Wrestlemania 24 I will tally up who has the most from each show and they shall become the MVP of their respective show. The MVP with the most then becomes the WWE’s MVP. Alternately, the same will happen with the WMOTN with a RAW, SD and ECW ‘Dead Weight’ award. The ‘Dead Weight’ with the most then becomes the WWE’s biggest piece of ‘Dead Weight’. Current RAW MVP Listings: 1. John Cena – 1 2. Randy Orton – 1 Current RAW Dead Weight Listings: 1. Carlito – 1 2. Viscera - 1

Consrvtve Posted April 3, 2007 Author Posted April 3, 2007 Tuesday, April Week 1 [ECW hits the air with some quick highlights of the Battle of the Billionaires, with it ending with a picture of Vince McMahon's head shaved completely bald, as Bobby Lashley and Donald Trump celebrate. The show then begins with "Let the Bodies Hit the Floor" The usual video plays, as we fade into the arena. The show immediately starts with the music of Bobby Lashley.] Celebration Speech [The ECW World Champion walks down to the ring to a warm reaction from the crowd. As they chant "Thank you Lashley," for his work at Wrestlemania that led to Vince McMahon's ultimate humiliation. He gets into the ring, and gets a mic from the ring announcer, and waits for all the cheers to die down before he begins to speak.] Lashley: On Sunday night at WrestleMania, I went toe-to-toe with the toughest man I have ever been in the ring with. Umaga gave me all he had to offer. We both put it on the line at the biggest event of the year. At the end of the night, my hand was raised as the victor and I got to watch Vince McMahon, the owner of this company, get his head shaved bald in front of 70,000 screaming fans. This was the biggest match of my career next to winning the ECW World Championship. I had to give it my all to finally come out on top at WrestleMania. Unfortunately for Vince McMahon, he walked out of Detroit the baldest billionaire in America! [Suddenly Matt Striker's music hits and he heads to the ring as the crowd boos his every step.] [He steps in to the ring shouting at Lashley and pointing fingers before he walks face-to-face with the ECW World Champion.] [He snatches the microphone from Lashley's hand.] Striker: You think you're a big shot now because you beat Umaga at WrestleMania and forced Mr. McMahon to shave his head? Well I'm here to tell you that you are still a nobody. You were a nobody before WrestleMania, and you're a nobody after. You may be ECW Champion, but that's only because I wasn't in the match for the title. If you think you are gonna continue to disrespect Mr. McMahon in front of "these people", then you're wrong. I am gonna shut you up once and for all. [Striker attempts to strike Lashley with the microphone but Lashley blocks it and proceeds to go to town on Striker with right hands. He then sends Striker into the ropes and delivers a big time Spear in the center of the ring. Striker immediately rolls to the outside of the ring in time to escape anymore punishment.] [Lashley plays to the crowd as his music hits and Striker retreats to the back.] [Elijah Burke's music then hits cutting off Lashley's theme music as Lashley is walking back up the ramp, Burke comes down the ramp, and the two men have a staredown as they go their separate ways.] Elijah Burke Vs Sandman -The match started off with Sandman going straight for Burke with his Singapore cane. Elijah ducked under the Singapore cane and hit a few uppercut punches to the ribs of Sandman that forced him to drop the Singapore cane. Later in the match Sandman gained back the advantage, after he climbed to the top rope, and came off with a flying clothesline. Sandman hooked the leg, but Elijah Burke got a shoulder up at two. Sandman then looked to finish Burke off going for a Russian Legsweep, but Burke elbowed out of it, and quickly grabbed something out of his tights. It looked to be brass knuckles…Burke hit a huge knockout punch to the face. It was right in front of the referee so he calls for the Disqualification. Winner by DQ: Sandman [Elijah Burke put the brass knuckles back in to his tights, as he picked up a groggy Sandman, and hit the Elijah Experience. Sandman is now completely out of it as Elijah went over to the corner, and grabbed the Singapore cane, and posed to the unhappy crowd. He then talked a little bit more trash at the Sandman, before spitting on him, and leaving with the Sandman's weapon of choice, the Singapore cane.] COMMERCIAL BREAK Balls found more balls? [Backstage we found Balls Mahoney walking around backstage smiling with his toothless grin. He walks past a few road agents who he says hey to. He then walks past Stevie Richards who stops him for a moment.] Stevie Richards: Hey Balls have you seen those "New Breed" idiots still walking around saying their better than us? Balls Mahoney: Yeah I have, but I know I could take all of those guys' heads off with just one simple swing of a chair! Stevie Richards: One Superkick to the face, and I win! You know Balls you and me could change things…We could make things different. We could take on all of those "New Breed" wanna be's and run them out of our territory! We unite, and they'll all run away like little school girls… [Balls got a good chuckle out of this.] Balls Mahoney: Alright lets take those punks to the school of hard knocks Stevie. Teach them REAL ECW reading, writing, and arithmetic! Stevie Richards: Balls, are you saying we should make our first victim Matt Striker? Balls Mahoney: Stevie, you, and I are like two Balls in a ballpin… [The two started to laugh together as we went to a commercial break.] Singles Match Little Guido Maritato Vs Marcus Cor Von -This was just another Cor Von squash match, and Guido didn't get much offense in at all. Marcus Cor Von hit the huge Pounce that still got a big pop from the crowd, followed by the Russian Leg Sweep Armbar Combo for the submission victory. Winner: Marcus Cor Von Tag Team Partners on the same page [CM Punk is sitting in his locker room wrapping tape around his wrists as Rob Van Dam walks in, and CM Punk gets up as the two shake hands.] RVD: Hey, dude what's up? Punk: Not much man, you ready for tonight? RVD: Oh yeah, you know I'm ready, I can't wait to show Knox and Holly why I'm an ECW original, and prove to those two jerks that their nothing, but a bunch of wanna be Extremists! Punk: You know man, I might not be an ECW original, but I know one thing, I hate those two, and tonight those two are going to get exactly what they deserve! A couple broken bones courtesy, of the Anaconda Vice! RVD: Yeah, man! Well, I'll see you out there, bro. Punk: Yeah, man, see you out there. [The two teammates shake hands once more as RVD walks out of the locker room, and CM Punk continues taping his wrists.] COMMERCIAL BREAK Mike Knox/Hardcore Holly Vs CM Punk/Rob Van Dam -The match started with Punk and Holly facing off. The two exchanged forearms with Punk getting the better of it, forcing Holly in to the corner. CM Punk hit multiple knife edge chops. He then attempted to whip Holly in to the opposite corner, but Holly reversed it sending Punk flying in to the corner. Hardcore charged in, but got an elbow right to the square of the chin. CM Punk tagged out to RVD. Rob Van Dam came in, with a spinning heel kick right to Hardcore. Hardcore rolled out of the ring to take a breather as Rob Van Dam challenged him to get back in to the ring. Mike Knox got down from the apron, and snuck in to the ring behind RVD. He hit a huge clothesline stopping any momentum RVD was building up. CM Punk charged in to the ring to take out Knox, but was blocked off by the referee. Hardcore Holly smelling blood in the water got back in to the ring, and put the boots to Van Dam. Holly picked him up, and went for a quick Alabama Slam, but Rob Van Dam rolled through almost scoring the pinfall. The pace quickened after that. RVD sprinted off the ropes, and hit a quick spinning kick to the face of Holly. RVD then saw the opportunity, and went for the Rolling Thunder, but Hardcore got his knees up, countering the move. Both men then crawled to their corners, and made hot tags. CM Punk and Knox brawled in the middle of the ring. CM Punk whipped Knox into the ropes, and leap frogged over, and hit a stiff martial arts kick to the ribs. CM Punk went for a DDT, but Mike Knox launched him in the air, and Punk just fell straight to the mat. Mike Knox began stalking Punk as RVD suddenly ran across the ring, and knocked Holly off the apron. Van Dam flew over the top rope with a crossbody block. Mike Knox charged with a big boot at Punk, but Punk side stepped, and when Knox turned around, Punk hit a drop toe hold, and quickly locked in the Anaconda Vice on the big man. Knox tried to hold on, but eventually the pain was too much, and Mike Knox tapped out. Winners: CM Punk and Rob Van Dam COMMERCIAL BREAK Main Event Snitsky Vs Tommy Dreamer- Extreme Rules -The match started with a stare down. Both men had a crazed look in their eyes. Especially Snitsky, Tommy Dreamer caught the monster off guard with a quick punch to the face that sent Snitsky back a little stunned for a moment. Snitsky then fired back with a huge knee to the stomach. He then went off the ropes, and hit a vicious knee lift right into Tommy Dreamer's face. He then came back off the ropes, and went for a huge legdrop on a motionless Tommy Dreamer, but Dreamer suddenly rolled of the way just in the nick of time. Both men were down tell about a seven count in which Dreamer got up, and got the advantage after a few punches to the face he whipped the monster in to the turnbuckle, but Snitsky reversed it, and sent Tommy flying in to the turnbuckle full force. Snitsky then went outside the ring, and grabbed two chairs. He threw them both in to the ring before looking under the ring, and finding a table. He slides that in to the ring, and gets back in the ring. Dreamer has caught his breath by this time however, and runs at Snitsky going to stomp on him. He got a few stomps in before Snitsky got up through the forceful attack from Dreamer like a man possessed. Snitsky just started trying to take Dreamer's head off with rights and lefts one after the other. Snitsky picked up Dreamer, and press slammed him right into the corner. He then went over, and set up the table in the corner. He went to grab Dreamer. He put Dreamer between his legs in the middle of the ring, looking for a powerbomb, but Dreamer dropped down in desperation, and hit a low blow. He then raised the three hundred pound Snitsky to his shoulders, and charged at the table hitting a Dreamer Driver through the table. The crowd chanted ECW as Tommy Dreamer covered Snitsky hooking the leg, but to everyone's surprise Snitsky got a shoulder up at the last second. Tommy Dreamer went, and grabbed one of the two chairs, and got in swinging motion waiting for Snitsky to get to his feet. He finally did, and Dreamer swung the chair, but Snitsky ducked and hit a quick big boot in to the chair which got sent right in to Tommy Dreamer's face. Snitsky then grabbed the chair, and set it up in a sitting position before grabbing the other chair and put it in a sitting position as well. He set the second sitting chair on to the first one, and they slid in to place. Snitsky then grabbed a groggy Dreamer, and took him to the top rope with him. Snitsky set him up in a powerbomb position, and flew off the top rope powerbombing Dreamer through the stacked up open chairs! The crowd really chanted ECW now, but as the monster covered Dreamer the cheers quickly died down as the referee counted the dreaded One…Two…Three. Winner: Snitsky Monster on a rampage [After the match Snitsky continued to beat down on a helpless Tommy Dreamer as the fans booed. Suddenly the music of ECW World Champion, Bobby Lashley began to play as he ran down to the ring with a chair of his own, and Snitsky quickly rolled out of the ring wanting to wait to fight Lashley another day as Lashley stared him down, as he checked on a hurt Tommy Dreamer.] COMMERCIAL BREAK Extreme Announcement [As the commercial break ended the theme of Mr. McMahon began to play and immediately the baldy chants began. Walking down to the ring, mic in hand, he motioned for the music to end.] Mr. McMahon: You all seem to be enjoying my situation as much as the crowd did last night at Raw. That's fine, laugh it up. Enjoy yourself. You might think, wow, maybe Wrestlemania changed him. Maybe he's a different person. And I am a different person. I'm colder, I'm more hate filled, and I'm more hell bent than ever to punish each and every person who ever steps up against me, including every single one of you miserable lowlifes out there. Like I said, go ahead and laugh it up because in the end it is always I, Vincent Kennedy McMahon, who gets the last laugh. I lost my hair because Bobby Lashley, the ECW Champion, didn't know a good deal when I offered him one. And now, he and you and every one of those people in the lockerroom are going to pay the price for his lack of vision. I am here to announce two things. First, I will be back here on ECW next week for the last time ever. And I will tell you why it's going to be the last time for me in an ECW ring. That's because it will be the last time for anyone in an ECW ring. Next week the world is invited to the funeral of ECW. I killed it once, I brought it back to life, and now I'm going to kill it again, and why? Because my name is Vincent Kennedy McMahon..and I can do any damn thing I want. [He dropped the mic as his music began playing again and just smiled as the boos rained down.] [The show ends in silence as the camera pans to Joey Styles and Tazz who look on with their jaws dropped in shock as the ECW Logo fades out.]
theunforgiven Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 www.anonoblog.tk ECW TV Tuesday April, Week 1 Reviewed LIVE! By King Extreme Commentators: Joey Styles & Tazz We kick off our ever so slightly extreme show with our ECW Champion that genetic freak Bobby Lashley! He’s quite pleased with himself following Wrestlemania 23. In fact, he believes that Umaga gave Lashley his best but still lost to the ECW Champion, the fans seem to be into Lashley, so this whole getting him over thing must be working. Wait, here comes Matt Striker, he loves ruining a good celebration alright. Striker dares to get in the face of the champ, Striker thinks that Lashley is still a nobody; his ECW Championship disagrees with you I think. Striker says that Lashley is only the ECW champion still because Striker hasn’t gone after the title. Striker goes for a shot with the microphone, but Lashley blocks it, Lashley unloading with rights…SPEAR~! Lashley is channelling the spirit of Goldberg here tonight! Striker bails but the fans are happy! (A nice opening segment, Lashley gets to beat on a heel to continue the E’s quest to get him over. Lashley still needs a mouthpiece though) Match 1: Elijah Burke vs. The Sandman Burke and Lashley stare down on the ramp, maybe a sign of a future match? That’d be…interesting to say the least. Here comes the Sandman! Sandman goes for Burke with the Singapore cane, to no avail however as Burke ducks and takes swift control of the match. Sandman takes control with a flying clothesline, not every day you see that! Sandman gets a near fall and Burke puts somehting on his wrist, looked like some brass knuckles. Burke hits Sandman…DQ, must have been the ole’ brass knucks. Winner: The Sandman (DQ) - * ½ We come back from commercial with Balls Mahoney wondering in the backstage area, he gets stopped by Stevie Richards (Hells yea). Richards and Mahoney takes some shots at the ‘New Breed’. Richards says that he and Mahoney should team up to take out the ‘New Breed’. Mahoney agrees and then not so subtly indicates that poor ole’ Matt Striker should be the first to get a right chair-based beating (I feel sorry for Striker tonight, I really do) (This could be an interesting team, I’ll wait and see how it all pans out. A word to the ECW booking team: Leave poor Matt Striker alone, honestly) Match 2: Little Guido Maritato vs. Marcus Cor Von Here comes Little Guido, I smell a loss, no offence to Guido. Yup, his opponent is Cor Von. This was your basic squash, but the fans seemed to be in to Cor Von and even popped quite loudly when he hit the Pounce. Winner: Marcus Cor Von – ¼ * Backstage CM Punk is getting prepared for his upcoming match, when RVD comes in. They both talk about teaming together to win there match and teach the ‘New Breed’ scum a lesson, they shake hands. (Just something to get fans interested in the Tag Team Match.) Match 3: Mike Knox & Hardcore Holly vs. CM Punk & Rob Van Dam Punk and RVD would make a hell of a tag team…well there both good wrestlers. Knox and Holly not so much. The two teams managed to put on a hell of a contest though. Punk and RVD seemed to have control early on, but Knox came in and put a stop to it allowing Holly to put the boots to RVD, unfortunately for Holly RVD reversed an Alabama Slam attempt. Holly however reversed a Rolling Thunder attempt. Hot tag, BAH GAWD the hot tag, Punk gains control beating on Knox, whip to the ropes, Knox reverses a DDT and slams Punk to the mat, that looked pretty awesome. Punk managed to do a little countering of his own and locked in the Anaconda Vice for the submission victory. Winners: CM Punk & Rob Van Dam - ** ½ Match 4: Snitsky vs. Tommy Dreamer (Extreme Rules) Well, at least they made this an Extreme Rules match; I couldn’t bear to see Snitsky in a normal match. Dreamer laid out the first punch which just seemed to piss off Snitsky who hit a couple of vicious knee shots to Dreamers face, Dreamer dodged the leg drop though. I was very surprised they let Dreamer get this much offence in on Snitsky, including putting Snitsky through a table with a Dreamer Driver but Snitsky kicked out of that much to the annoyance of the fans in attendance. Snitsky, in a bid to one up Dreamer, would hit a power bomb from the top rope onto some open upped chairs. That gained him the three. Winner: Snitsky - ** 1/4 After the match ended Snitsky continued the assault on Dreamer which lead to Bobby Lashley running down to the ring with a chair and running off Snitsky. The two stared down. (Lashley is in three guys bad books now (Striker/Burke/Snitsky) maybe a Fatal Four Way at some point..) Uh-oh here comes Vince McMahon as was promised on RAW last week (click for review) He tells the fans to laugh it up because after Wrestlemania he is a changed man. He is now colder and more hateful than ever before and his wrath is directed at Bobby Lashley. He says that next week he will appear on ECW one final time, because it will be the last edition of ECW ever (I’m out of a job!) and why is he gonna do this? Because he’s Vince McMahon and can do what he wants. (Wow, what an announcement and it makes ECW next week a much watch show. I don’t know what’s going to happen here but if they put enough thought into this it could be great) Best Match Of The Night: Mike Knox/Hardcore Holly vs. CM Punk/RVD Worst Match: Little Guido Maritato vs. Marcus Cor Von Every week, I will give a MOTN to a match on RAW, SD and ECW. Current ECW MVP Listings: 1. CM Punk – 1 2. Hardcore Holly – 1 3. Mike Knox – 1 4. RVD – 1 Current ECW Dead Weight Listings: 1. Little Guido – 1 2. Marcus Cor Von – 1
Consrvtve Posted April 4, 2007 Author Posted April 4, 2007 Thursday April Week 1 *Due to a power outage this week ECW and Smackdown were forced into separate tapings. The only local arena which was available was not big enough for Smackdown so they will go ahead and tape it tonight in the original venue. On a good side of the news ECW went ahead and held their show in the smaller arena and sold it out with 5000 in attendance. This brought a quick gate of $100,000. *In other ECW related news, they pulled a 7.72 rating on Sci Fi which equals roughly 3.8 million viewers. *As noted on WWE.COM, Judgment Day has been canceled in place of a King of the Ring Pay Per View. We understand that is the big story for Teddy Long's announcement on Smackdown this week. *Some backstage are nervous about this program concerning Umaga and Khali. It would either be pure brawling big man gold or...well...we all know what it'll probably be. *Expect to see a few more developmental talents brought up from OVW and DSW. The recently signed Colt Cabana is likely to be among them. WWE is also perusing several other workers for developmental contracts. *Finally, PWI would like to retract a story we brought you earlier this week. Eric Young was not released from TNA. However, David Young was. We apologize for the mix up.
keefmoon Posted April 4, 2007 Posted April 4, 2007 Gotta hand it to you man, this is one of the most inventive diaries I've seen. And that website is truly amazing. I just wish I could have something like that on mine.
Consrvtve Posted April 4, 2007 Author Posted April 4, 2007 TYVM for the feedback but this project would be nothing without the half dozen people coordinating and pitching in to pull it off. Hope we keep you guys entertained for months to come.

It's unknown if he'll be appearing or if he's just visiting. *Following the creative meeting this morning, the entire team is feeling very positive about tonight's show and feel it's a great post-mania edition. *Look for an program to begin tonight with Long and JBL *Mark Henry is expected to work a dark match tonight, trying to shake the ring rust before he gets back on television.
Consrvtve Posted April 6, 2007 Author Posted April 6, 2007 A video is show recapping Wrestlemania XXIII, specifically the Money in the Bank, the US Title match and the match for the World Heavyweight Championship. ----------- As the show begins, following the pyro and music, the Miz is in the ring ready for Miz TV. Miz- “Good evening. Tonight I have a very special Miz TV and to kick it off here is the Smackdown General Manager, Teddy Long!” Long comes down to the ring. Long- “Miz, thank you for having me on your show. I am here to announce something very exciting. As you may have read on WWE.com, this year we are bringing back the King of the Ring. However it will not be just a Smackdown tournament. I have spoken to the highest officials of the WWE and we have decided to open it to Raw Superstars as well. Eight from Raw. Eight here from Smackdown and the qualifying matches will begin this Monday Night on Raw and we will continue to hold a King of the Ring matchup every Raw and Smackdown until we reach the finals at the Pay Per View. Miz- “Wow, that’s a big announcement. Just so that we have some opinions from other viewpoints, let me introduce my surprise guest…King Booker!” Booker comes down to the ring with Queen Sharmell. Booker-“Theodore Long….as the King of Smackdown I was confused because I did not hear you say that I, King Booker, will be meeting the winner of the tournament in the finals.” Long- “That’s because I didn’t say that. As the defending King, you shall certainly be one of the eight Smackdown Superstars but like everyone else you will have a qualifying match. In fact, it’ll be one week from tonight. You versus….well..the Miz. Holla holla, playa.” Booker and Miz look at each other shocked as Long leaves the ring and slaps some of the fan’s hands as he goes. Michael Cole- “What an announcement! Raw and Smackdown Superstars both in the tournament to crown the next King.” JBL- “Why do we need a new King? King Booker has been the pinnacle of what a King should be.” Michael Cole- “He only won it last year, why shoudn’t other people have a chance?” JBL- “You’re missing the big picture Michael. Teddy Long should give him a bye to the finals which he deserves and he won’t do it because one big reason.” Michael Cole- “What’s that?” JBL-“It’s because our General Manager…is a racist!” Michael Cole looks at JBL like he’s got three heads as the show goes to Commerical. COMMERICAL BREAK Cruiserweight Title Chavo Guererro vs Shannon Moore A basic Cruiser matchup with Moore taking care of the high spots while Chavo used his size advantage to grind away on Moore and keep him grounded when possible. Towards the end Moore began to build some momentum. He went up to the top and flew off with something similar to the West Coast Pop but Chavo caught him and dropped him with a Gory Bomb for the 1-2-3. Winner by Pinfall and still Cruiserweight Champion: Chavo Guererro Backstage, Josh Matthews is standing by with the winner of the Money in the Bank, Mr. Kennedy. Matthews- “Once again congratulations on doing what no one thought possible.” Kennedy- “What no one thought possible? Who else was going to win this thing Josh Matthews? A druken pub brawler? A King from Houston? A spot monkey better suited to Orlando than Stamford? Oh no Josh, there could only be one winner and one winner only. That’s why I have this briefcase. That’s why I have a guaranteed shot at any champion I want in the next year. That’s why I am MISTERRRRRRRRRR………..KENNEDY.” He glanced around, dusted off the briefcase, and looked back at Matthews. “Kennedy.” ----------- Backstage, the camera finds Vickie Guererro on her cell phone. Vickie- “Hi, I was just checking to see if you got my last message. I really think we’d be good for each other’s careers. You have my number. Give me a call if you want to sign that contract.” She disconnects with an unsettled smile. ----------- Duece and Domino are seen turning the corner of hallway, giving each other a high-five down low and laughing as they head to the ring. COMMERICAL BREAK #1 Contender for WWE Tag Team Title Deuce & Domino vs The Blue Bloods Deuce and Domino with Cherry come down to the ring first. The music of the Blue Bloods begins to play and they’re announced but they don’t come out. Tony Chimel announces them again but there’s no appearance. Domino complains to the referee and he begins a ten count. In short order he signals for the bell and awards the match to Deuce and Domino. Winners by Countout and the new #1 Contenders for the WWE Tag Team Title: Deuce and Domino ----------- Backstage, Chris Benoit is walking when he’s confronted by MVP. MVP- (slowly clapping his hands) “Congratulations. You are officially known world wide as the luckiest man walking God’s green Earth. Everyone knows it was a fluke that you beat me on Sunday.” Benoit- “Lucky? A fluke? You want to know what’ll happen the next time we meet?” MVP- “Yea, go ahead and tell me.” Benoit claps just as slowly as MVP did before but his hands are turned to appear like someone tapping out. MVP- “Oh yea, well how about we get this on tonight?!” Benoit- “Fine with me, MVT. I’ll see you tonight.” Benoit walks away leaving MVP with a snarl. ----------- A video is shown in still photos recapping in detail the World Heavyweight title match between the Undertaker and Batista at Wrestlemania. COMMERICAL BREAK Batista comes out wearing a suit and walks down to ringside, picking up a mic and a chair from ringside. He sits down in the middle of the ring. Batista- “Something is missing tonight, and that’s the World Heavyweight Championship around my waist. The reason I don’t have it is because of one man. And I’m not leaving here until he comes down here and looks me in the eye, man to man.” He pauses a few seconds but nothing happens. Batista- “Come on Undertaker, walk down to this ring and….” The lights go out….….GONG. The Undertaker makes his way to the ring, standing nose to nose with Batista. Batista- “The reason I called you out is because I wanted to look you in the eye, man to man, and tell you that of all the guys I have ever been in the ring with, noone’s pushed me that far except you. And I will be invoking my rematch clause down the road but for tonight…” Batista sticks out his hand, and the Undertaker looks weary but slowly accepts it. After the two shake hands, Batista turns to leave the ring but he sticks hand in his pocket. The Undertaker has turned as well but Batista charges him from behind, punching him in the back of the head with some kind of object. The Undertaker goes down to one knee as Batista continues the assault, pounding down on him. Finally, Batista picks him up in a Batista Bomb and drives him down, through the chair, which was still in the ring. With the deed done, Batista leaves the ring and the Champion. COMMERICAL BREAK Kane vs Finlay Kane and Finlay begin brawling on the ramp before even getting to the ring. The match hasn’t officially begun yet but they’re already in the back with the referee urging them to go to the ring. Finlay pounds on Kane and then grabs a chair, which had been wedged under a doorknob. Suddenly the Blue Bloods come tumbling out, having been stuck in there. Kane bats the chair away and lifts Finlay up for a chokeslam but Hornswaggle pops out of a garbage can and bites Kane’s leg. Kane drops Finlay and picks up the little Bastard instead. Finlay uses the distraction to clip Kane’s leg from behind. The two brawl some more but make it back to the ring and the bell rings. Finlay puts Kane down with a short clothesline and goes to the second rope but Kane sits up and grabs him by the throat. Lifting him up Finlay gets a chokeslam from the second rope. Kane makes the cover for the victory. Winner by Pinfall: Kane After the match Kane slips to the outside as Hornswaggle is in the ring checking on Finlay Kane reaches under the ring and pulls out his hook and chain. Hornswaggle doesn’t realize Kane is behind him until he sees the looming shadow. Kane wraps the chain around the Bastard and drags him out of the ring and up the ramp. Finlay comes back to the land of the conscious in time to see his associate vanishing behind the curtain. ----------- Backstage Josh Matthews is standing by with Gregory Helms. Matthews- “After what we saw earlier, with Chavo Guererro retaining the Cruiserweight Championship, when are we going to see you challenge him?” Helms- “The answer to that would be…never.” Matthews- “Never?” Helms- “Do you have a hearing deficiency? I am beyond a sideshow act. I was the longest reigning Champion in Smackdown History. Groveling for that title is beneath someone of my prestige I am Gregory Helms. Gregory the Great, if you will. And my sights are set higher. So no, I will not be challenging for the Cruiserweight Championship. I have bigger fish to fry.” ----------- The camera finds Batista leaving the building with Krystal running behind him. Krystal- “Batista, why did you attack the Undertaker?” He ignores her as he throws his bag in the trunk. Krystal- “Are you demanding a rematch for next week?” He ignores her again as he opens the car door. Krystal- “Are you afraid of the Undertaker?” In a flash Batista is in her face, giving her a look of total uncomfortable fear. Batista- “Afraid….of the Undertaker? Let me make one thing perfectly….clear… to you. When I’m through, it’ll be the Undertaker…who’s afraid of me. He turns and gets in the car, driving off, while Krystal looks shaken. ----------- Jillian is in her dressing room, sitting at a table brushing her hair when the Boogeyman slips out of her closet. As he creeps up to her she begins to belt out a tune with horrible pitch. The Boogeyman stops, with a horrified look on his face and quickly walks backwards and goes back into the closet, looking slightly scared of her and her singing. COMMERICAL BREAK Mr. Kennedy vs Matt Hardy These two had a pretty good match, while still being banged up from the ladder match just a few days before. Kennedy controlled the early tempo but Hardy fought back and even had Kennedy on the ropes before Kennedy landed a knee into the gut. He whipped Hardy into the ropes but Hardy ducks the clothesline attempt. When Kennedy turns around, he gets a kick in the gut and Hardy goes for the Twist of Fate. Kennedy bullcharges Hardy into the corner to escape it He then picks up Hardy on his back and climbs to the second rope, coming off with the Green Bay Plunge. That got the victory. Winner by Pinfall: Mr. Kennedy ----------- The camera finds Deuce and Domino in Teddy Long’s office with Cherry screaming about how they want their title match next week with London and Kendrick. Long- “ENOUGH! You are the number one contenders but I am the General Manager of Smackdown and I will decide when that match takes place. It’s going to be Deuce and Domino versus London and Kendrick for the WWE Tag Team Championship, at the King of the Ring. So chill, playas, you got over a month to get ready. You feelin’ me?” The trio leave the office very disgruntled. ----------- The Raw Rewind is shown which highlights how the World’s Greatest Tag Team won the World Tag Team titles from John Cena and Shawn Michaels ----------- A graphic is shown hyping the US Title Wrestlemania rematch between Chris Benoit and MVP. COMMERICAL BREAK United States Championship Chris Benoit © vs MVP The two lock eyes and then meet in the center of the ring. They exchange right hands and Benoit ends up on the winning end of it. He backs MVP into the corner and levels him with chops. MVP is whipped into the other corner but when Benoit charged MVP raises his boot and follows it up with a strong clothesline. MVP drops a series of quick elbows onto Benoit and goes for pin but only gets a two count. MVP picks up Benoit in a vertical suplex but Benoit slips out of it and locks in a German suplex, delivering three of them. Benoit picks him up and delivers a snap suplex and goes for a pin. 1-2-kickout. Benoit tries to get the Crossface on but MVP grabs the rope and the referee makes Benoit break the hold. When Benoit approaches again, MVP pokes him in the eye, then connects with a back elbow and a standing dropkick. Benoit is floored and MVP goes to the second rope but Benoit was only faking and he jumps up, running up to MVP and belly to belly suplexes him. MVP is down and Benoit signals to the crowd, drawing his thumb over his throat. He climbs to the top and flies off, slamming MVP with a headbutt. He goes for a cover, 1-2-MVP’s foot is on the rope. Benoit begins to become visibly frustrated. He picks up MVP and batters his back with forearms. He hooks in a German Suplex, and hits it once, twice…but on the third one MVP leans forward and grabs Benoit’s leg, rolling him forward. With his other hand he grabs the top rope with the other. Using it for leverage, unknown to the referee he gets the pinfall 1-2-3. Winner by Pinfall and new United States Champion: MVP Following the match, Benoit is laying on the mat, looking up at MVP with a shocked expression as MVP stands on the ropes, hoisting his new title and looking back at Benoit with an ultra arrogant smirk Michael Cole- “We have a new United States Champion and it’s MVP.” JBL- “Don’t be so surprised Michael. Benoit overlooked MVP..he was too ****y and didn’t take into account MVP’s heart or his physical ability.” Michael Cole- “I don’t think Chris Benoit has ever underestimated any opponent.” JBL- “The facts speak for themselves. He went to the well too many times and MVP had him scouted perfectly. Congratulations to a real US Champion, someone I can say proudly holds a belt I myself once wore.” Michael Cole- “With that we’re out of time. Goodnight everyone!”
theunforgiven Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 www.anonoblog.tk
WWE Smackdown! Friday April, Week 1 Reviewed by Andrew Vice Commentators: Michael Cole & John Bradshaw Layfield A video package plays showing highlights from Wrestlemania 23, mainly MITB3, Benoit/MVP and Taker/Batista. We open up with The Miz in the ring for the Miz TV. He informs us he has a special guest tonight and then introduces General Manager Teddy Long. Long gets into the ring and goes over the whole return of KOTR news story from WWE.com But he adds that the tournament will feature 8 superstars from RAW and 8 superstars from SD! In qualifying matches. With the finals taking place at the returning King Of The Ring PPV. Miz agrees that this is a huge announcement and then brings out…King Bookah! He’s upset that he hasn’t gotten a bye to the finals. Long says that as the defending King he will be in the tournament but he will have to qualify just like everyone else and he will compete next week in a qualifying match against…The Miz! This leads to a shocked stare down between Booker and Miz as JBL claims that Long is a racist. (A nice opening segment, the return of the KOTR should be a very good. Booker/Miz is gonna be a horrible match however, hopefully Booker wins. JBL gets on Long’s case yet again, hopefully that’ll lead to somewhere down the line) WWE Cruiserweight Title Match 1: Chavo Guerrero © vs. Shannon Moore Your basic everyday Cruiser match up with Moore flying around the ring like a maniac and Guerrero attempting to ground the match up. A nice finish with Moore going for a top rope manoeuvre but Guerrero reversing it into the Gory Bomb. Would’ve been better if it was longer. Winner: Chavo Guerrero - * ¾ We cut backstage to MRRRRR. Kennedy! Kennedy! Who is also now MRRRR. Money In The Bank…Bank! Josh Matthews manages to piss him off with the first question by saying Kennedy won when no one thought he would. Bad Move Josh. Kennedy goes on to insult all 7 of the other MITB competitors (Do I see a sly TNA reference?). All in all good promo. (Kennedy is the best thing going right now) We have Vickie Guerrero on her cell phone, she’s talking to someone about signing a contract, she reckons they’ll be good for each others careers (Hopefully a debuting superstar I’ll wait for the exciting conclusion!) Deuce & Domino come round a corner laughing and giving each other high-fives. They’re in action…NEXT! No.1 Contendership Match 2: Deuce & Domino (W/Cherry) vs. The Blue Bloods (William Regal & Dave Taylor) D&D come out to the ring first still laughing and looking all together very confident. The music of the Blue Bloods plays, but no-one comes out…Tony Chimel announces them again…still nothing. D&D say something to the referee who starts a count, he gets to 10 and the bell rings. Winners: Deuce & Domino (Count Out) – N/A We cut to backstage where Chris Benoit is walking with his US championship. Here comes MVP, who is being ever so condescending, he says that Benoit’s win at WM23 was a complete fluke. Benoit disagrees apparently, he says the next time they meet MVP will be tapping out. A challenge is laid down which Benoit accepts and they shall meet again…tonight! (If it’s anything like their WM23 encounter it should be pretty good) Here comes The Animal! He’s not in wrestling gear, and he has a microphone. He sets a chair up in the middle of the ring and sits in it, he’s calling out The Undertaker (that’s always a good idea  ) and he’s not leaving the ring until he comes out. No ones coming out, Batista demands Taker…and out go the lights. Here comes our new World Heavyweight Champion, he gets in the ring and gets nose to nose with the Champion. Batista says that Undertaker was the toughest challenge he ever had in the ring, and that, although he will be invoking his re-match clause down the line all he wants tonight is…a handshake! Taker is hesitant but eventually shakes Batista’s hand. As Taker turns to leave, Batista gets something from his trouser pocket and hits the Undertaker who goes down to one knee, Batista continues the assault rallying Taker with multiple shots. Batista sets up Taker and Batista Bombs him onto the chair! (Finally a heel turn in this feud, Batista needed it lest he go down the John Cena route. This should make the feud much more interesting) Match 3: Kane vs. Finlay These two started brawling before they even got to the ring, always a good time! They brawl all the way to the back and Finlay gains control and grabs a chair that had been wedged under a door knob, which is when The Blue Bloods reveal where they had been for the past 25 minutes. Classic. Kane blocks said chair shot. Finally they get back to the ring where Kane basically makes short work of Finlay. Winner: Kane - * ¾ After the match Hornswoggle is checking on Finlay but Kane has gotten his Meat Hook from under the ring. Kane wraps it around Little Bastard and drags him backstage! Backstage, Josh Matthews is with Gregory Helms. Matthews asks whether Helms will be going after Guerrero to regain the Cruiserweight title. Helms says that he is ‘beyond that sideshow’ he says he has bigger fish to fry. (See you in the US ranks) Krystal tries to get an interview with Batista but he’s ignoring her every question whilst getting ready to leave. Then she asks the 5,000$ question, is Batista afraid of the Undertaker. Oh, bad move Krystal, he says he’s not afraid of the Undertaker but soon the Undertaker will be afraid of him. (I like heel Batista) We come back from commercial, and we get a funny skit involving Jillian and The Bogeyman. He creeps up on her, but retreats when she starts singing. (Humorous, at least Bogeyman isn’t wrestling so I’m all for it.) Match 4: Mr. Kennedy vs. Matt Hardy This match should be great. Nice back and forth from the two and the crowd were really into it which added to the match. Kennedy managed to get out of the Twist Of Fate and came back with the Green Bay Plunge. Winner: Mr. Kennedy - *** Backstage, Deuce & Domino with Cherry are complaining to Teddy Long that they want their Tag Title shot next week on Smackdown, Long however has other ideas and makes the match for the King of the Ring. (Hmm, I’m not 100% sure on the match although it could be good. But then there aren’t many other tag teams for London/Kendrick to face) RAW Rewind! (Click Here For Review) The US Title match is next! WWE United States Title Match 5: Chris Benoit © vs. MVP A rematch from Wrestlemania 23, and this match was just as good if not better than their WM23 match. Benoit gets the early advantage but loses it quickly and MVP gets a quick 2 count. This match features a lot more back and forth for its duration basically and again the crowd were super into it. Benoit got most of his signature stuff in, such as the three Germans, snap suplexes and the good old Flying Head Butt. MVP had the Crossface well scouted though. A lot of near falls kept everyone guessing and I really thought Benoit was going to retain one more time but the ending of the match saw Benoit hit two German’s but when going for the third MVP managed to roll him up and with some devious tactics. Winner: MVP - *** ½ Every week, I will give a MOTN to a match on RAW, SD and ECW. Current SD! MVP Listings: 1. Chris Benoit – 1 2. MVP – 1 Current SD! Dead Weight Listings: 1. Chavo Guerrero 2. Shannon Moore
Kimberly Posted April 7, 2007 Posted April 7, 2007 Just to let everyone know, The Ross Report, is up on our website, I will have a ton of other things up later today. :)
Kimberly Posted April 8, 2007 Posted April 8, 2007 The Raw preview is up on our website which can be viewed Here. But here is the text version for some predicting purposes: Preview: Rage in the Cage. Last week on Raw, WWE Champion John Cena, had to wrestle not once but twice. First when he and Shawn Michaels lost their World Tag Team Championship to the World's Greatest Tag Team due to an accidental Sweet Chin Music onto Cena by his own partner. Later in the night, after Michaels left the arena, Cena had to defend his WWE title against Rated RKO's Randy Orton. The end of the match saw both men crumpled in a heap on a broken announce table and a double countout. This prompted the recently bald, Mr. McMahon, to make a blockbuster announcement. This week on Raw it will be a rematch for the WWE Championship, Randy Orton challenges WWE Champion John Cena, inside a Steel Cage. After a horrendous 8 days since Wrestlemania, can the Champ survive? What is the status of Shawn Michaels? Mr. McMahon was very busy last week, announcing that he would be on ECW for an "extreme announcement". That announcement turned out to be that he was killing ECW completely and this week would be the hardcore brand's last show ever. Monday on Raw, the boss, will speak on ECW and his plans. What does the manaical chairman have to say? At Wrestlemania, Edge, was nearly seriously injured when Jeff Hardy flew off a ladder onto Edge, crashing through and break another ladder. Both men went to the hospital. Monday on Raw the Rated R Superstar returns. What will he do? Last week on Raw, Mr. McMahon, wanted to punish Umaga for losing to ECW Champion Lashley at Wrestlemania in the "Battle of the Billionaires" match. He booked Umaga to face The Great Khali. But the match never got started as Umaga attacked Khali on his way to the ring and bruitalized the monster. Mr. McMahon has booked Umaga and Khali in a Falls Count Anywhere match at Backlash but before that, Umaga, must defend his Intercontinental Championship against Carlito. Will Umaga destory the Cool one? Will Khali get involved? Will we have a new Intercontinental Champion come Monday? Finally, Friday on Smackdown, Smackdown General Manager Theodore Long announced the return of the King of the Ring pay per view and tournament and that he has invited Raw Superstars to enter as well. Monday on Raw it all kicks off with Raw vs Smackdown as Raw's Ric Flair faces Smackdown's Finlay in a King of the Ring Qualifying match. Who will move on? Don't Miss Raw, LIVE Monday 9/8c on USA
