This means that Hinote is no longer controlled by BHOTWG. They are now an independent promotion. Okazawaya wanted this to happen because he felt the developmental system didn’t work. He also thinks that Master Kitozon's personal dojo deserves more than just being a B-league. BHOTWG and Hinote ended their contract without any hostility. Insiders even claim there’s a work agreement between them at the moment. BHOTWG has agreed to release the wrestlers that were under developmental contract with them so Hinote Dojo can sign them to their roster. This means that all those wrestlers who were paid by BHOTWG will now be paid by Hinote. Hinote Dojo was built by Master Kitozon in the seventies. It used to be a private dojo where students could train, but in 1993, after Master Kitozon’s death, BHOTWG sort of adopted the Dojo and used it as a place where their “stars in the make” could get some experience wrestling smaller shows. More info will be announced soon about the directions the promotion will take.
2007 - January - Week 4 - Wednesday
A letter by Hinote Dojo owner Dear Hinote Dojo fans. As you all probably have read or heard, we are now an independent promotion. Some of you might be wonder what the point of this is. Well, let me tell you that it has nothing but advantages for us. We are no longer controlled by BHOTWG, which means we can make our own decisions from now on. Making stars for BHOTWG used to be our goal. Now our goal is to bring you solid wrestling shows. This will have very few effect on our next shows, but it’ll have a lot of effect in the long run! One of the advantages that have direct impact is that we are now a touring promotion. Our first tour will start in March and will last until the end of April. Which means we will tour around in Kinki for two months. This means we will definitely come to a town near you. Be sure to check us out! - Stunner Okazawaya, owner of Hinote Dojo
Shionoya is the only one on our roster that could be classified as a heavyweight. This means he has a big power advantage over the other wrestlers. Kaima isn’t really small either and knows how to throw a punch or two as well, but he has to rely on his speed. The match short, but good. Shionoya, the bigger man, defeated Kaima after hitting a devastating Chokeslam. Winner: Taro Shionoya Time: 6:06 Rating: D-

Yasujiro was one of the originals in WLW, but he didn’t stay there long. Miyamoto started this match very fast, hitting one move after another. Eventually Yasujiro’s experience helped him win this match as he was able to reverse Miyamoto’s Bad Street Shot and hit some moves of his own. He ended it nicely with his trademark flying elbow drop. Winner: Masa Yasujiro Time: 8:21 Rating: D-

Shunsen is a reliable high flier whereas SUKI is really good at chain wrestling. This match was better than the two other matches tonight, which makes it main event worthy. The action went back and forth. SUKI had the SUKI Special III locked in, but Shunsen was able to grab the ropes and thus SUKI had to loosen the hold. Shunsen, using the help of the crowd’s voice, was able to turn the tide and hit his Shunsen Trap Legdrop. Winner: Amane Shunsen Time: 9:41 Rating: D+

2007 - March - Week 2 - Wednesday
Midweek Meditation Saturday’s show was a nice one to kick off the new tour. We are still learning from our mistakes however. That’s why we want to hear your opinion after the show. We have heard comments about some spots being too dangerous and some matches lacking intensity. We will keep that in mind for our next shows. People really liked the main event. They said it was nice to see the veteran Amane Shunsen in action again. We here at Hinote were somewhat surprised by Taro Shionoya’s performance. We were afraid the crowd wouldn’t like a guy that has a totally different style from the others, but it didn’t seem to be a problem. They like his stiff looking hard hitting punches as much as they like dropkicks and leg drops. Next week’s lineup will be totally different from last week’s as you have not even seen half of our roster in action. We now already know that it will be the pro wrestling debut of Cameron Vessey, son of Larry Vessey. We also know that the main event will be a Hinote Dojo All-Japan Championship match. Heihachiro Sakai will defend his title against a former All-Japan champion, Brother Yoshi Taka. You don’t want to miss that. So if you live in or near Wakayama, come check us out.
You could definitely see flashes from his father and uncle in him. He had a pretty tough opponent in his first match. Inoguchi is one of those typical lightweight, fast paced high flying wrestlers. Vessey’s an all rounder who leans more towards the brawling style. Vessey went into this match at 200% and was able to pull it off. He won after hitting a textbook Vessey Driver much to the delight of the crowd. Winner: Cameron Vessey Time: 8:11 Rating: D-
Ninja Shunji vs. Shirai Yanagawa The second match was one with two very different personalities in the ring. Shunji is a cold blooded ninja whereas Yanagawa is an easy to love wrestler. Both wrestlers styles are pretty similar to each other. Ninja Shunji had the upper hand throughout most of the match. When he was about to finish it with the shadow kick, Yanagawa catched his leg and locked him in a Tokyo Stretch. Ninja Shunji couldn’t do anything but tap out. Winner: Shirai Yanagawa Time: 5:35 Rating: D-

Fans who were following us more than a year liked to see Brother Yoshi Taka back in a main event match as it’s been a while since he’s been in that spot. He did his job good and made the champion look strong. In the first part of the match the action went back and forth, but in the end you could clearly see Sakai was the better man. He ended the match by pinning Yoshi Taka after a Sakai Suplex. He makes his first successful title defense this tour. Winner: Heihachiro Sakai Time: 9:32 Rating: D+

2007 - March - Week 3 - Wednesday
Midweek Meditation Apparently we learned from our previous show. People like this show more than the previous one. We didn’t change much, but just enough. The only remark people have now is that we need a color commentator. Listening to the same guy all the time gets annoying they told me. We have already looked into it and it will be none other than Stunner Okazawaya himself who will do the talking. The 26 people in attendance will be the only ones able to say they’ve seen the first ever match by Cameron Vessey. I’m sure many others will regret they didn’t come here in 15 years or so. We were happy with everyone’s performances. Especially with the main event. We were afraid these two weren’t popular enough with the crowd. It didn’t seem a problem and they easily claimed the match of the night. On to next week’s show then. The many event will be none other than Yatsuhiro Atsushi, who some say is our most popular wrestler, taking on the original Elemental’s son MYSTIC Dragon. We can also confirm that one of our most talented youngsters, Reijiro Hiraki, will be in action! You wouldn’t want to miss all of this do you?
He had a rough time getting tossed from one corner to the other most of the match. His technical talent helped him to turn it around and show some of his nearly perfect moves. He ended the match with a Vessey Driver, but Shionoya didn’t know how to take it and botched the move, which hurt the match quality. A true super junior match with a good mix of technical wrestling and high flying moves. Both workers have about equal experience in the ring, thus none had an advantage over the other. This means the best wrestler wins. At this point in time SUKI is clearly better. He finished this match nicely with a Mountain SUKI. Winner: SUKI Time: 7:57 Rating: C-

2007 - March - Week 4 - Wednesday
Midweek Meditation Another decent show we might say, which featured the best match yet of the whole tour, SUKI vs. Reijiro Hiraki. We have all seen that those two guys have ‘it’. They could get pretty far in the wrestling business if they keep improving like that. And by far we mean they’ll become Hinote Dojo All-Japan Champion one day of course. You can expect a rematch further along the road. So if you missed this fight, be sure to check it out next time. Another remarkable thing is that our crowd went up from 26 last week to 46 this week. Word spreads faster than we could imagine. Very wise people called us a small federation now instead of a local one, which means a lot to us! Keep telling your friends how much you liked our shows and if you didn’t like our shows, just pretend you did. Let’s hope even more people show up next week! Our next show is the last before our first big event called “The First Opportunity”. Once again it’ll be a special night, as our champion has confirmed he will defend his title two days in a row, if he makes it past the first night of course! Saturday it will be against Yatsuhiro Atsushi. We still have to see into it who will get the chance on Sunday. There’s also going to be a tag team match Saturday, Masa Yasujiro and MYSTIC Dragon versus Ninja Shunji and Jin Miyamoto.
Our Champion defended his title with glance and has scared whoever gets to step in the ring with him tonight. Speaking of tonight, we tried our best to make an as interesting card as possible. First off, we added a new wrestler to our roster. He’s not just any wrestler. He’s a former BHOTWG Super Junior who was out for a long time with a knee injury who is looking to get his career back on track and let’s just say he took the highway! Tomorrow you will see the return of Hidekazu. He won’t get it easy however as he’s up against Masakazu Kaima! Another match is one between two second generation superstars, BHOTWG legend Elemental’s son MYSTIC Dragon goes one on one with PGHW legend Larry Vessey’s son Cameron Vessey! This is certainly a match you wouldn’t want to miss! Our opening match will be a fatal four way in which four of our youngsters will get to show their talents. Your four gladiators will be Arinori Inoguchi, Jin Miyamoto, Reijiro Hiraki and Shirai Yanagawa. The second match will be a fast paced match in which our wrestling monk, Brother Yoshi Taka will take on Ninja Shunji. Our main event will be a triple threat match for the Hinote Dojo All-Japan Championship! Heihachiro Sakai will defend his title against SUKI and Amane Shunsen! This is going to be one hell of a match ladies and gentlemen.

These two guys did a very good job today and gave it their all. Needless to say it was a close contest with many near falls and lots of back and forth action. It would be a matter of timing to win the match and Dragon took his chances on the right moment. He waited for Vessey to make a mistake, hit some of his most impactful moves and BANG! Dragon Driver III. Vessey was history. MYSTIC Dragon defeated Cameron Vessey in 8:34 by pinfall with a Dragon Driver III. Winner: MYSTIC Dragon Time: 8:34 Rating: D+

2007 - April - Week 1 - Wednesday
Midweek Meditation Last weekend was a great success for us. Two solid shows in row. Both on the back of our champion, who is only 21 years old by the way. He’s the man here at the moment, but we’ve already witnessed some new rivals who stepped up last week. On the top of my head I think of MYSTIC Dragon, Hidekazu, Masa Yasujiro and some others. It would look good on his résumé if he could keep his belt the whole tour, but that won’t be easy. Another good match was the battle between our two second generation superstars. A tough contest between two very talented wrestlers trying to make a name for themselves. People who filmed this with their digital cameras were lucky as it might become very valuable. The crowd liked what they saw. There were also backstage rumors that elemental himself was in the building watching his son, but we can’t confirm that as we don’t know what he looks like without his mask. Leaving our first touring month behind we’re going in our second one at full speed! Next week there will be another one of our shows and in the main event we will see two veterans take on each other as it will be Masa Yasujiro versus Yatsuhiro Atsushi. Be there!
Both guys lost three matches in a row, so it’s time for at least one of them to win a match. Masakazu Kaima proved to be the better man today and won the match by submission. The match was surprisingly good and even managed to become match of the night! Winner: Masakazu Kaima Time: 6:13 Rating: D

Taro Shionoya asked for it after seeing Vessey’s match last Sunday. He probably thinks he can profit from Vessey’s somewhat cracked morale. But it had the opposite effect as Vessey was as fired up as in his first match. Losing that match Sunday make him work even harder to get further. Too bad for Shionoya, but he got nailed with the Vessey Driver for the second time tonight. Winner: Cameron Vessey Time: 5:35 Rating: D-

Yasujiro is a high flyer whereas Atsushi’s a technical based wrestler. The match wasn’t as good as people hoped it would be. It was won by Atsushi who finished it with a Fisherman’s Buster. 2007 - April - Week 2 - Wednesday
Midweek Meditation We had a bit of a setback this week. Our worst show in a while. The main reason being our veterans couldn’t fulfill our expectations. But it was our fault, we can’t blame them for it as we’re the ones who overestimated them. Another mistake we made is letting them go out there without planning the match completely. We hoped they were experienced enough to know how to make a good match by themselves. We can remember one positive note from our show though, which is our opening match. Those two young guns gave their all and managed to outclass both other matches. They will be rewarded for it if they can keep it up. On to next week then, the main event will be an All-Japan title match. Sakai will defend his title against one of the revelations this tour, MYSTIC Dragon. Definitely an interesting bout if you ask me…Another match already scheduled to take place is one between two veterans, Amane Shunsen and Hidekazu.
We’re only two more shows away from The End Of All Beginnings at the moment which means we’re looking out for who to get on the card and more specifically who gets a shot at the title. But let’s not walk to far ahead, shall we? On to next week’s show. Our title will be defended once again! This time Sakai is taking on the yet to be defeated Shirai Yanagawa. There were no bad matches whatsoever, but there were also none that really went above our expectations. Everyone who stepped into that ring last Saturday did what we asked them to do, nothing more, nothing less. Next Sunday however we don’t expect them to go in there and give themselves for 100%, we expect them to go in at 110%. That’s how bad we want to bring you a damn good show so you’ll cry for us to return in July. With only two more shows to go this tour is nearly coming to an end. This means there’s only one more chance for the wrestlers to convince us they get to fight for the title. That’s what makes next week’s show that damn interesting. We have narrowed all contenders down to 4 the last few weeks. This Saturday those four individuals will collide in the same ring in a Four Way Elimination Match. This means the last man in the ring will get to fight for the All-Japan title on Sunday. Those four men are Brother Yoshi Taka, Hidekazu, SUKI and Yatsuhiro Atsushi. Come and find out who comes out on top yourself.
2007 - April - Week 4 - Sunday
Pre-Show Meditation Right now everybody’s excited for what tonight will bring! It’s the show that ends the tour and is thus the most important show of them all. Let’s run down the card shall we… In the main event you will see our yet to be defeated All-Japan champion Heihachiro Sakai defend his title against the yet to be defeated Hidekazu! Our champion has defended his title successfully 5 times this tour! He took on everyone who wanted a piece of him and sent them all back to mommy. Tonight it won’t be as easy as his previous matches as he’s taking on the man who’s willpower is really strong. He came back from a long term injury and he came back better than he was before. It’s like a new fire that started burning inside of him and the fire’s getting bigger after every match he fights. Who will be able to call himself the only undefeated wrestler on Hinote Dojo’s Beginnings Tour 2007? The second match is a rematch from last month that we’ve promised to book again this tour. Two of this tour’s revelations, Reijiro Hiraki and SUKI will fight each other for the second time. Last time it was SUKI who won. Reijiro Hiraki is still looking for his first victory this tour but he has ensured us that he will win tonight. No matter who wins, you’ll sure see a great Super Junior-style match! The following match is some kind of a revenge match from last night as Brother Yoshi Taka will go one on one against Yatsuhiro Atsushi. Both men were in the same ring together trying to get a spot in the main event. Both men failed and have a chance to put things right tonight. The other two matches are Shirai Yanagawa against MYSTIC Dragon and a three way match between Cameron Vessey, Jin Miyamoto and Masakazu Kaima. Lots of talented youngsters thus.
