How do I get good scores on angles?

So I noticed all of my angles always got C, D and even E scores (even when I had people well suited to the angle doing it), so I made a wrestler in the editor with 100 mic skills, acting, charisma, announcing, looks, superstar quality and intensity. Then I put them in a myriad of different angles with just themselves where they were judged on either looks, entertainment or acting. The angle types were hype, sex sells, skit, romance and she even did some with Torrie Wilson (with Torrie being judged on looks and she's an A+) that were attack based angles. I had the SAME problem though. In none of them did I get above a C- (actually I might have gotten one C), and I did about 25 angles! Is this supposed to be happening? The only thing I can conclude is that the overness of either my promotion (only regional) or the workers (who peak at C overness) are playing a hidden factor into how each of my segments grade out, but that wouldn't make any sense because there are specific angles for that. Soooo... are angles just supposed to be ineffective in this game or what? I'm using a product that is heavily sports entertainment based, although it didn't start that way. I made some major changes to my product at a huge hit to my popularity. Still though, these same things were happeining when I used the WWE! I am using the 4.1 temp patch and1RC mod btw.

just because overness is not the main feature, does not mean that they are not factored in at all. Try putting someone with looks A/A+ but having a massive overness value, again maybe A/A+ and see what the angles ratings are then.

Traditional has nothing to do with it. Traditional wrestling had a lot of angles. Traditional, I'm pretty sure, only affects your in-ring product, while cult, mainstream, and comedy affect angles. It's the overness of the worker in question. Overness is factored into every angle.
I thought momentum affected angles too?
I believe it does. I put Chris Jericho in an angle when he had f- momentum and it got D- now that he has C+ momentum he gets B+ angles

Yup, momentum affects every segment rating. I can't prove this with hard data (yet) but I also believe segment length has a role in determining how angles are rated. I noticed my 2-3 minute hype angles don't do as well as my 5 minute hype angles, using the exact same workers with the same level of momentum (C- in this case, the angles rated C).
