Is there an equivalent to the Chair Throat Breaker that the Undertaker does in the game? If not, does any one have any sort of stats for it?

Not in the default data. Stats would be something like: Impact From Front Finisher Leaves Opponent Down Frequency 20% Success Rate 99% Wow Factor 70% Ouch Factor 99% Stiffness 90% Head Impact 100 Cheating Level High Countered With Block \ Break Can Finish A Match Required Chair Victim Can Be Any Size (With default values for everything else).
