Anyway to get a worker to stay?

I'm using The Fall data right now and i'm playing with The Extreme only problem is all my higher workers refuse to negotiate because i'm too small. I accepted it at first, but now in June 2002 The Dudleyz, Spike, Sabu, and Sandman all refuse negotiations. So is there any way you can get them to atleast enter negotiations with you or are they gone?

There's no way for the game engine to allow workers to "hear what you have to say" or "listen to your offer".

you can always just edit their contracts to make them longer.
