Why does everyone hate my user character?

I happened to look at my user-character's worker relations and I noticed that it seemed that half of my promotion hated me.. What the hell?? Most of the guys that "hate" me are guys I've given strong pushes too and let get away with a lot.. How did this happen??

It can depend whether you've punished them, jobbed them out, or done anything to affect their friends in similar ways. Additionally, you may find that while you've given them a push and let them get away with a lot, they want more from you. You may want to check your personality as well - you may have an abrasive personality that rubs people the wrong way.

Thanks.. All factors I didnt really consider.. Though, I try not to job out any of my major guys.. Oddly enough, most of the guys I jobbed out werent on the list of guys that hated me.. haha.. I never tried to punish anyone too severely but I guess some workers feel victimized by everything, just like in real life..

Look at their stats ('skills') screen. To the left of their gimmick ratings and their language skills is their personality and attitude. And usually you'll get negative relationships for doing negative (from the worker's point of view) things. Jobbing a worker, not using a worker, firing a worker, disciplining a worker, all can lead to negative relationships.

Yeah, JBL hates my living guts because she's shown up late soooo many times. I've warned him (he felt victimized), fined him the next time (he felt victimized), suspended him for a week (he felt victimized), suspended him for two weeks (he felt victimized) and finally replaced him on commentary and fired him. Hopefully it improved the morale of my locker room because he did have a lot of negative relationship with people.

You did bad things to JBL? Wow... How do you sleep at night? Remianen picked something that I'd forgotten, incidentally. More than anything else, workers hate not being used. They'll forgive you a multitude of sins, so long as they get to do their thing, in the ring...
