Getting Stale? What do I do

Got this message about Ken Kennedy "Ken Kennedy is starting to become a little stale in his current role." Changed his gimmick... still get it... I'm so confused. Help.... please.

I find the whole thing quite annoying, since I've noticed a lot of people need to have their characters freshened up after only a couple months. There doesn't seem to be any way for a person to stay in one gimmick for years, even though it's not too uncommon in reality. Bob Caudle needed a gimmick change in my current game, for instance, and I doubt he ever went through a gimmick change in reality. In addition, Hulk Hogan had the same gimmick for over a decade before the nWo. The best I've been able to do is import nearly identical gimmicks with slightly altered names so as to simplify the process. Did that with Wahoo McDaniel, changing him from a Native American Chief to a Native American Shaman.

Maybe a suggestion for 2008. A worker with a A+ Heel rating would be able to last longer as a heel without needing a role change, however a worker with a d- would have less time as a heel before a role change is required. Another suggestion is bringing back the Tweener.

I think also that some wrestlers could remain Heel or Face throughout there whole career. Some people just can't play the opposite at all.

Sometimes it's best to ignore those messages and keep booking them how you want. Doesn't always work out though

At least make it last really long before "Trying" to change, lol. I like that this is in the game, but I wouldn't mind someone being a 100% heel being able to stay as a heel for like 100 shows (reguardless of years that involves). Same thing going down the line, 0 meaning they will suck and have to change right back.

They were basically a cheat in the game too, as you could just flip a guy to tweener so he could work with everyone. It was like having your cake and eating it too.

Well, remember there is "Heel/Face Split" - which can be set to none so anyone can work with anyone, or Medium, so... anyone can work with anyone.

Yeah, and there was a face/heel split in 2005 too. I'm mainly talking about "sports entertainment" type feds with a strong split.
