I was wanting to start making a sports sim that is something like Eastside Hockey Manager when it was a simple game back in the day or a text game. What programming would you recommened me using since I am a newbie. I need somethin that is pretty easy to learn on. Thanks for your input. Guest palli Posted July 1, 2005 Share Posted July 1, 2005 Maybe the easiest way to start would be VB6, correct me if I´m wrong but that is what the old Eastside Hockey Manager was programmed with. Then there is C#, I do not know a lot about it but maybe someone else. I programm Perfect Game in C++ and started almost as newbie (I just had some classes at university about Java). The first time was so frustrating but after one year of hard work it all comes together for a more or less good looking game. I think the most importent think is that you don´t let you down after the first problems because you will have a lot of problems to solve. palli Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
