falling_star Posted June 19, 2007 Posted June 19, 2007 So, I'm playing The Fall and recently took NWA to a National level (although our bank account took a huge hit to do so), and I signed up a few of the bigger names to strengthen my roster. I already had The Hardy Boyz working, so I figured why not sign Lita to manage them. I changed her gimmick from whatever it was to 'Tomboy' before she EVER appeared on a show or in a dark match. In her debut it said her gimmick change suffered because it hadn't been long enough and now her gimmick effectiveness is going to be F- for six months or so. What gives?

Wrestlers and other workers that had not debuted with my promotion were penalized because I changed their gimmicks too soon. I had not given them a new gimmick after they had signed and then decided to change it either. The gimmicks fit the workers too. It's not like I changed Ultimate Warrior from Power and Paint to Evil Midget.
ColtCabana Posted June 19, 2007 Posted June 19, 2007 This also happened to me, I think it may be a slight bug (I have the latest patch). The two workers who I hired were Managers/Wrestlers and I had several other workers debut with changed gimmicks but no problems.
