slingblade73
Football Outsiders did a study of the draft over the last 10 years and showed how each position pans out and what makes each position more successful than others. For the QB position it was college starts. The QB with the most college starts had better careers than those with less starts. So Brady Quinn should be better than JaMarcus Russell. I really cant wait to see how it pans out. In all it was 50/50 success with round 1 QB's and I think this should be incorported into the game. I like the other idea of not showing the overall ratings, but just show the ability at actual football tasks: accuracy over the middle, scrambling and intelligence. This could be a way to seperate your product from the others and at the same time make people draft the way a real GM would. According to the study your safest bet in the draft is a safety. Cooleyvol
If included, this should be an option of the user. I don't want 1st rounders succeeding at a 50/50 clip.
