NCW held an estimated value of $40,000. Woodson held 18 championship titles while in the WWE including being a 7 time world champion. He made his debut at the age of 18 before retiring when he was 23 due to shoulder injuries suffered at the hands of Mark Henry. Woodson who was offered a job on the WWE booking team stated he plans to give NCW a complete makeover. "I informed Vince McMahon that this is a dream of mine to own my own promotion. I love the WWE but this is something I must pursue. I want to get new Pay Per View’s lined up as well as re-naming the championships here. There all Canadian names and I want to give this company a worldwide feel to it. We will also begin looking to sign more superstars." I want to thank you for attending this meeting I have set up to discuss the future of Northern Championship Wrestling. As most of you know by now I have purchased NCW from David St. Martin. For those who dont know me I am Jamie Woodson. I have worked in the WWE for 5 years. I held 18 championships including 7 world titles. I called this meeting to setup some goals to help this company move forward in becoming a top promotion. [Applause] JW: The first subject I would like to discuss is the building we are in. This is the former Hurricane Center. They have purchased a new building so I have decided to move the NCW Headquarters to this building effective immediately. [Applause] JW: As some of you may have heard by now I have decided to re-name the championship belts here at NCW. The reason for this is to make them more known around the world not just here in Canada. Reporter: What are you re-naming the belts too? JW: NCW World Championship, NCW TV Championship, NCW Tag Team Championship, NCW Cruiserweight Championship, as well as re-activating the Womens Championship and Hardcore Championship. JW: We also want to make the PPV events more known around the world so they will be re-named as well. We havent discussed at this time new names for these yet. JW: A very important factor in this company is getting a TV deal. We will be searching for a deal ASAP. This will help our company expand to a larger audience. [Applause] The final thing we will be looking at is free agents. We want to bring more wrestlers here, as well as forming a announce team, a color commetator, road agents, and a 3 member booking team. Wight as well as Test, Sonny Onoo, JJ Dillion, Matt Morgan, Paul Orndorff, Ro'Z, Sylvester Terkay, Apolo, Francine, Bob "The Best" Sapp, April Hunter, Billy Kidman, and Eric Bischoff felt the NCW was not a big enough promotion. Could have ended match early but displayed mat skills similar to Kurt's. GM Larry Zybysko announced every title would be defended at end of month in Fatal 4 Way Matches The Naturals def. KBJP Briscoe and Phenomenon argued after the match following their loss. The Naturals punch their ticket to PPV Tag Team Championship Fatal 4 Way. Dover def. Frankie The Mobster Dover made his debut. Frankie was irrate after loss stating he would challenge Dover next week. Backstage Mana and New Jack were seen arguing. Sanderson was 159-9 while at Iowa State University while winning 4 NCAA Championships. Sanderson was a 2004 Olympic Gold Medalist. He now becomes the second Olympic Gold Medalist to join wrestling.
