davebiggs
Ok so my new girlfriend is 25 years old and her father is from Japan and her mom is an american.... well her parents are divorced.... we went out to lunch today to beef o'bradys outside of tampa,fl.... while we were eating i mention the Chris beniott story....she said well there is something I need to tell you about my father....he was a pro wrestler.... i asked if he was a local guy or big name..... she said well he wrestled for the wwf in the late 70's early 80's.... I'm not in the know with that era... I ask as a joke if it was mr.fuji she laughed and said no.... it was Killer Khan.... I was like who? she said he wrestled andra the giant alot.... I looked him up and found out some info on him.... what I want to know is does anyone who where I can watch a video of him? She said she doesn't talk to him much but he calls sometimes.... I just thought it was cool.... any help with his history would be great.

PeterHilton
No offense, but he pretty much sucked in the WWF. Haven't seen anything else of him, so he might've just been the victim of abad gimmick and the 80s WWF style.
Guest The Aussie
Killer Khan eh? That's very cool He had a huge career in America and won three different regional heavyweight championships (Stampede Wrestling, NWA Mid-South Louisiana & NWA Mid-South Mississippi), Had what was voted as the Feud of the year in 1981 with Andre the Giant and now currently owns a restaurant in Tokyo. And its nice to see Roger pitching again.... 1-3 is it? glad to see the yanks pay 23,000,000 bucks for a win over the pirates...they really needed that win.:D
AfRoMaN36
Though I seriously doubt the Yankees will finish last. I doubt we can make up 11 games with 85 games left in the season. Wouldnt matter anyway. I would still root for them. I wouldnt blame any dumb "curses" either.;)

AfRoMaN36
If only my team gave me the enthusiasm to gloat about what you said. Instead, I just feel like swearing at my TV and wondering if it was the way I wore my socks that day that jinxed them. (Im very superstitious.) PeterHilton
C'mon..lets not all gang up on Yankees fans. So what if baseball is the only major American sport without a salary cap? And their salary is almost double the league average and nearly $20 million more than the second highest salaried team (the BoSox who are nearly a dozen games ahead of you guys..). And seeing them be this bad with this much of an advantage is like going to a casino and seeing the house lose 7,563 consecutive hands of blackjack....and the fact that the last time they were in the ALCS they were on the wrong end of the biggest choke job in American sports history...... I mean, even if they are Yankees fans, don't the deserve our sympathy? teeheehee
Cduffy26
You know, you guys should feel lucky that you actually have a payroll. I happen to be a fan of the Pirates, who haven't had a winning season in almost 2 decades...

teeheehee
For the Red Sox and the Mets to talk payroll with the Yankees is th efunniest thing I've ever heard. Because up until the Clemens signing wich was an act of desparation, the Yankees have been shedding payroll. Getting rid of idiots like Sheffeild and Jaret Wright. Johnsons gone too and good riddence. While the Red Sox spent a LUDACRIS amount of money to build this team. Yes, I realize the Yankees payroll is still higher, but the simple jump from where the Sox where during the offseason to now is staggaring. And the Mets arent that far off either. And I think I've heard enough about the choke job. It was bad, yes. No... it was horrendous. and the fact that Im a fan after that shows I'm not some idiot bandwaggoner who went online and boght himself an "Ortiz" Jersey midway through game 7. But where were 26 of the other teams when the Yankees did this? At home? Playing golf? touching themselves? Well they werent in the playoffs. They're payroll is 32% large than the second most highly paid team. Their payroll is higher than the bottom five teams combined. When a franchise has that kind of inate advantage and is STILL only able to hover around .500, its a sign of terrible management. And that is HI-larious.
