Cduffy26
I'm sort of new here, so I don't know if this is the right forum to post this topic in, and if it isn't could someone please move it to the right place. Anyways, I recently have heard of a new promotion opening up called Inoki Genome Federation in Japan, being run by Antonio Inoki. The first show was headlined by Kurt Angle defeating Brock Lesnar to win the IWGP 3rd Generation Belt. Now I was going to add this promotion to my data just so I feel it would be more complete, but I need help with some of the settings such as Product, Popluarity and Roster. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would wait a bit longer before adding them. They ran one card, they did draw a good "8000 pllus" remeber in Japan to get the real gate numbers you divide it by 2 and then add 1000. I say if they are still around and running shows in december. Then add
Lucied
The first show was headlined by Kurt Angle defeating Brock Lesnar to win the IWGP 3rd Generation Belt.
He won the "belt," but New Japan is threatening legal action to prevent them from using the IWGP name. I would expect, if they're going to keep running shows, that they'll get a new belt for themselves. Lesnar wasn't the official IWGP champion, anyway. I don't know anything about the Japanese scene, but I did read a news article about that event. And as darkfire said, they have only run one event. I think you should wait before adding it. Most of them will probably be in some of the existing Mod data (T-Zone, etc) but in any case you can make whoever you want!
CW Saton
I've already added the IGF, amongst others, to my T-Zone data. Here's some shots of the settings I've used, for those interested in doing the same. (I would have resized these and made them a bi smaller, but that makes them harder to read.) Promotion details. Product Settings. Contracts. Despite what others have said, I think its fair to say that the Inoki Genome Federation will be around for quite sometime. It's not like Antonio Inoki is inexperienced or short of respect in the wrestling business.

CW Saton
Here's a copy of the IGF logo. I've emailed copies of the buttons and backgrounds that I use to you guys, but I can't recall who made them originally to credit. I downloaded them from this forum at various points and I have pretty much just mixed and matched what I like. I'm sure you'll still be able to find the original threads some place on here. Cduffy26
What would you guys recommend on the size of the promotion. Since they drew 8000 to a debut show, that'll probably go down so should it be low level cult, or regional?
CW Saton
I would suggest medium to high cult, what with the stars used and Inoki's name recognition. I've got it down as 60% in all Japanese regions, 40% in Europe and Mexico, 35% in the UK and 30% in the U.S. and Canada.
