Anubis
I am trying to fill in any of the gaps from my DOTT save, and was wondering if anyone had any list of wrestlers by debut year. I know DOTT has a lot, but beyond the 80s, many of the wrestlers we know today just aren't there, and the women's scene is especially lacking. So does anyone know where I can find a sort of master list of wrestlers by debut year, male and female both?
woodyjw83
Not really a master list but just go to google. Type the wrestlers name and look under wikipedia.
Anubis
But I don't know which wrestler to look for is the thing, hence why I need one that goes by year and gives me the names. While I know most of them, I wouldn't remember them all well enough to look them up individually, there's just too many to remember by heart. cappyboy
Don't know how far forward you want to go but will be glad to help where I can. Looking for notable women from the mid to late 80's at the moment.
djthefunkchris
I don't know why, but I can't understand why there isn't a "Debut" list somewhere. I think I seen something that was close to one, but it wasn't complete by no means.
djthefunkchris
Hold on, I found a link to something that might help you out a bit... HERE If you look on the left hand side, down quite a ways, you will see birthdays, and the links to debuts parts 2 and 3, as well as relations. Anubis
Well those lists seem to cover all the major (predominantly male, though) debuts through 2001, a good list to be sure since I don't really need the people no one cares about anyway. Combined with the file I made for TCP1's 1998 scenario, that covers almost all of the men. Now if only someone could cover the women, I'll be good to go. By the way, the idea I had in mind is, since I plan to play my DOTT scenario even to current day and beyond, I'm gonna just import (from other mods probably) all the workers not already covered by DOTT itself, especially for the women since there are so few. I ended up with several duplicates, and it's a pain in the neck to figure out which one you should be using...
cappyboy
Okay. Here are a few. Most I found at OWW. Mixture of managers and in-ring talent. Perhaps the biggest surprise I found in confirming who DOTT had and who it didn't was that The Crush Girls were in but The Jumping Bomb Angels (Yamazaki and Tateno below) weren't. Miss Bunny Love - 1979 Cutie Suzuki - September 1986 Itsumi Yamazaki - 1980 Lisa Moretti (Ivory) - 1986 Malia Hosaka - August 1987 Mariko Yoshida - October 1988 Nancy Toffoloni [-Dauss-Sullivan-Benoit] (As "The Fallen Angel." Woman would come later.) - Summer 1984 Noriyo Tateno - July 1981 Reggie Bennett - 1988 K.C. Houston - October 1986 Juanita Wright - (Sapphire) Wikipedia has 1989 but also mentions pre-Sapphire work so would seem to be earlier And three I couldn't find debut dates for but worth mentioning all the same. Josie Navarro - Would be in the worker pool from the start. A key name in Mexico for multiple decades finally retiring in 1994. Folks better versed in lucha could tell you more than I can. All I know is second hand. Kat LeRoux - Regular title contender in the AWA Women's division in the mid to late 80's. Very charismatic and particularly talented as a brash loudmouth heel. Magnificent Mimi - Even after finding her official website via Google, I couldn't get a date on her. She seems to focus her site primarily on her production work. Again though most prominent in the mid 80's through the early 90's. Tended to play the face.
