Touring question

Now I realize this question probably is about as stupis as they come but, hey, I got to get around problems somehow :). Here's the deal. I recently tried my hand at a touring promotion (PGHW to be precise) and when March came around I was expecting to see some prompt asking me how many shows to hold every week, on which days and so on. Half through the first week nothing like that came so how exactly do I schedule tour show? Is it simply going to the schedule screen and making two weekly shows? And if so, here's the follow up, what size should they ideally be? Thanks.

I run a 5SSW game and you just have to schedule the shows yourself. I run 2two month tour with three shows a week and one big show on the last sunday of the month as a blow off show, so my schedule looks like this: "Tour Name" Monday - Every Monday 1hr 30min "Tour Name" Wednesday - Every Wednesday 1hr 30min "Tour Name" Friday - Every Friday 1hr 30min Blow Off Show - 4th Sunday of the Second Month 2hr As for size it depends on your size. 5SSW is regional but it's got a lot of workers who can go a long time so I use a medium sized show with the time as marked above.
