EdgeHeaD
Hey sometimes I get the old ''You used ... far too much'' Which brings me to ask, what are the recommended times (if any) that each level on your roster should be used. So like how many minutes (if any) should a Lower Midcarder be used in a show, just stuff like that. Or is it just experimenting? Thanks to anyone who helps! NOAH fan 4 life
i tend to find these kind of limits. dont think of this as an official guideline, just use it as a template: Enhancement Talent: 10- Opener: 15- Lower Mid-carder: 20- Mid-carder: 30- Upper Mid-carder: 45- Main Eventer: i dont think theres a limit. ive had 89 minute matches using ME's in the Japanese fed and didnt get a "used...too much" message hope this helps and if anyone has the official limits both EdgeHeaD and i would appreciate them
EdgeHeaD
Would you be including the entrance/match setup times on that aswell? Seems to make sense if that's right though because I had The Highlanders in a Tag Match that was 10 Minutes + 2 minutes entrance time and I got told I used Robbie too much. NOAH fan 4 life
yup, it counts the SEGMENT TIME, not just the MATCH TIME. so if you have an Enhancement Talent used in a 10 minute match the segment will be 12 minutes and youll probably get the message. so the maximum length of match you can use an Enhancement Talent in to avoid the message is 8 minutes

danembury
What type of penalties occur if a worker is used too much?
Corey_Vandal
What about occational wrestlers? I use Austin (who's at A*) in a 4 minute interview and a 12 minute match on a 2 hour show and got told I used him too much.
The Shape
It'd be better if this relied on overness not on current push. Or at least a mixture of the two. Authorities are the main problem. Any time I have a 10+ minute contract signing or whatever, I get told I used them too much.
Lita Maivia
^ Ditto. The crowd hates when I use McMahon in any major angles. Which I guess is kind of realistic as the IWC tends to bash McMahon anytime he has a focal point of a show.
Moe Hunter
ET on 10 minutes? Jeez, is your show 5 hours long? 10 minutes in pre-show before a 1hour show usually gets 'too much' for me. And I'm at International level. Current Push does affect things, as if you "go back" (use the windows X at the end of show screen having saved directly before running the show) and increase someone's push, the note won't appear again. flamebrain
If you want to use an authority figure a lot just give them a main event push for the show. I use ETs in 8 minute matches, plus the 2 extra for 10 total, without any problems.
ubernoob
Also - you can set match times in the editor, that also has an effect on the note.
Remianen
Also - you can set match times in the editor, that also has an effect on the note.
Umm, no it doesn't. :p Those match times are only for AI use (as in, when the AI is running the promotion, those are the approximate times they use). It has zero impact on anything when a human player is running the show. My match times are significantly higher than the baseline (i.e. 15 min opening matches) and I still occasionally get the overuse messages. Even before I jacked up the match times, it made no difference.

Harts4Life
ME's aren't unlimited ... my champion (Shane Nelson) has been getting that note lately ... and he's been used in at least 2 angles at 5 minutes each, and the 20 minute main event match ... 30 minutes of a 90 minute show, but he's Main Event, and champion ... WTF?

Moe Hunter
30min out of 90 really is quite a lot, especially if he isn't super over and Momentumous. Out of 180 minutes though, it's perfectly fine.
