Rating B. [Center]Matches: Psychosis vs Jimmy Yang.[/center] This match was a very good high flying match between these two crusierweights. With a series of near falls and counters. Yang tried to hit the "Michinoku Driver #2, but Psychosis countered with a Roll up, only for a two. Yang hit a spinning kick on Psychosis, making him "injured" his knee, Yang then tried for the "Yang Time" (Spinning Corkscrew Moonsault) but Psychosis was faking it and he moved out of the way! Psycho capitalize and hit the Guilotine Legdrop on Yang for the win at 14:34. Rating: D Angle: "Darksyde is coming" Sean O'Haire cuts a promo how its "ironic" that this is the Land of "Extreme". He says that not only will he bring "extremes" but he will bring Chaos, Corruption and Darkness........ Rating: D- Joey Styles is interviewing Rob Van Dam. Basically he says the him and Dreamer have been friends for a long time, but when its all said and done, in the ring, he is just gonna be like everyone else being beat by the Whole [beep]ing Show, ROB VAN DAM!!!! Rating: C Tony Mamaluke w/Trinity vs Nick Dinsmore This was the debut of Dinsmore and he pretty much DESTROYED Mamaluke dispite the fact that Tony was well versed in Submissions. Trinity and Mamaluke made a good pairing but in the end, the victory went to Dinsmore with a Beutiful "German Suplex" with Bridge for the pinfall. Angle: Dreamers Response. Joey Styles talked to Dreamer w/his wife and manager, Beulahand he acknowledged the friendship between himself and RVD, but he said that he will give it his all and he will know why he is the "INNOVATOR OF VIOLENCE" !! MAIN EVENT: Tommy Dreamer w/Buelah vs Rob Van Dam As Dreamer made he way down to the ring, he started shaking hands with the fans and nodding his head to "Man in the box" by Alice in Chains. and it points the entry way and out comes.....TERRY FUNK!!! The two hug and walk down to the ring and do their poses. And the RVD comes out to "Walk" from Pantera, and do the normal "Thumbs pointing self pose". When the bell rings the two shake hands and the crowd goes 50/50 chanting for Tommy and Rob. It was a series of counters and innovative offense comming from Van Dam's end, but when RVD tried to go "Hardcore" and brought the chair in, and tried to do the Van Daminator kind of early, but Dreamer ducked it and hit a very nasty Clothesline! Dreamer then goes and gets a Kendo Stick and cracks RVD over the skull busting him open! Later in the match, RVD goes put a chair over Dreamers face and hit the "Rolling Thunder" busting Dreamer open!! The finish came when both men are tired and bloody, and Dreamer tried to go for a chair shot, but Van Dam dodged it and hit him with Van Daminator with the crowd giving a HUGE pop!!! RVD then went for the 5 Star Frog Splash but at the last minute Dreamer got his knees up playing possum! Dreamer then hits the Dreamer DDT on RVD, and tries to hit the "Dreamer Driver" on RVD but all of a sudden, Funk comes in to the ring and BLASTS DREAMER WITH THE CHAIR!! (WHAT THE HELL??? FUNK HAS JUST TURN HEEL!!!) Funk then laid RVD on Dreamer, giving RVD the win![/FONT][/center] Final Rating: D+ -Due to No Referee being hired -Due to No Annoucers being hired. -Possibly hurt our popularity.

Earlier before the show went live there was a dark match where David Flair took on Brutus Beefcake. David Flair won the match with the figure4 leglock.*** Josh Matthews: Hello, and welcome to The Greensboro Collesium, in Greensboro, North Carolina. We are coming to you live on Pay Per View, and with a sold out crowd of 15,000. Glenn Gilberti: Tonight we will be crowning 5, count them 5 newchampions tonight. You could call this the night of champions. ***The First match starts and Gilberti, Matthews and Bischoff are calling the action.*** [B]"The Next Generation of Old School"[/B] [B]Ted DiBiase Jr (Accompanied by Ted DiBiase Sr.) Vs. Ray Gordy[/B] The Match was a pretty good technical contest, very slow paced an methodical. Neither of them took the advantage early on, as headlocks, arm bars, and leg locks. This match wasn't long though, as Ted Jr. nailed Ray with the Dream Crusher, and got the pinfall at 10 minutes 14 seconds. [B]Match Rating: E[/B] [B]Cruiserweight Title Hype[/B] Eric, Josh and Glenn talk about the upcoming Ladder Match between Shane Helms and Johnny Jeter for the WCW World Cruiserweight Title. [B]Segment Rating: C-[/B] [B]WCW Television Title Elix Skipper Vs. Damien Malenfant[/B] Fast paced match, in which Elix Skipper was showing the debuting Damien Malenfant what WCW is all about. Skipper had Malenfant reeling, but when Elix Skipper went for the Showtime Superkick, Malenfant ducked, and Skipper split his legs over the top rope. This gave Malenfant the opening he needed, and After hitting the Alpena "A"ffect (Side Effect), he got the pinfall. Match time was 17 minutes 2 seconds. [B]Match Rating: D-[/B] [B]WCW World Cruiserweight Title Ladder Match Shane Helms Vs. Johnny Jeter[/B] Helms and Jeter took each other to the limits. This match rivaled Shawn Michaels Vs Razor Ramon. It was fantastic, high flying moves off the ladder, there was even a Nightmare on Helmstreet off the top of the ladder. But in the end, both men had the title in their hands until Helms used a headbutt to knock Jeter off the ladder. Winner at 19 minutes 3 seconds, Shane Helms. [B]Match Rating: C-[/B] [B]Backstage Assault[/B] Hollywood Hogan attacks The Giant backstage before their match for the WCW World Heavyweight Title. [B]Segment Rating: A[/B] [B]WCW Tag Team Titles Too Cool (Grandmaster Sexay & Scotty 2 Hotty) Vs. West Texas Rednecks (Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch)[/B] This match was all WTR. Too Cool never got any offense. The end of the match came at 16 minutes 47 seconds when Trevor Murdoch hit Grandmaster Sexay with a top rope bulldog, Lance Cade held the foot of Grandmaster Sexay so he couldn't kick out. [B]Match Rating: D[/B] [B]Stairway To Hell Match for the WCW United States Title Mark Jindrak Vs. Kenny D Vs. Chavo Guerrero Jr. Vs. Joey Matthews[/B] This match almost stole the show. But fell a little bit short. The four men all went all out though, and that made the match worth the time spent setting it up In a Stairway to Hell Match, there are three cages stacked on top of each other, with the title hanging above. Kenny D and Joey Matthews were the two men to make it within reach of the title. But as Joey was reaching for the title, Kenny threw Joey Matthews from the top of the cage, and got the title, as 20 minutes and 23 seconds. [B]Match Rating: C-[/B] [B]Brawn Vs. Brains Jon Heidenreich Vs. Elijah Burke[/B] Heidenreich was getting his @$$ handed to him by the quickness of Burke. Burke had Heidenreich reeling until the referee was knocked out by a missed superkick from Elijah Burke. Joh Heidenreich went out of the ring and grabbed a steel chair. He nailed Burke with the chair and powerbombed him onto the chair. The referee was revived by Heidenreich, and Jon got the pin. Match ended at 15 minutes 52 seconds. [B]Match Rating: C+[/B] [B]Debut Interview[/B] Johnny Nitro comes to the ring, and tells the crowd just why he signed with WCW and what he expects to do...Become the World Heavyweight Champion... [B]Segment Rating: B[/B] [B]Number 1 Contenders Match Rey Mysterio Jr. Vs. Johnny Nitro[/B] This match stole the show and was nonstop action as Nitro and Mysterio have pretty Good chemistry in the ring. It was definitely a catch as catch can match. Nitro had the upper hand, until he tried to use the ringbell. He swung and missed, the bell bounced off the top rope and into his head. Rey then connected with the West Coast Pop for the win at 18 minutes 22 seconds. [B]Match Rating: B[/B] [B]Main Event WCW World Heavyweight Title Hollywood Hogan Vs. The Giant[/B] This was a short match, and saw a lot of things unfold. Eric Bischoff left the announce table part way through the match and interjected himself into the match. He tripped up the Giant, to give Hogan the end, and ultimately the WCW World Heavyweight Title. The match ended at 14 minutes 59 seconds as Hollywood landed the Big Leg Drop. Jack came down to the ring with a chair and tried to make an advantage. That DIDNT work. After a few chair shots from Jack, Maff starts to get "groggy" and Jack goes to out to get another chair, to make a makeshift "plattform" and tried for a flying DDT but Maff got out of it..and well he countered it, and turned it into a VERY F'N SICK "BURNING HAMMER" thru the chairs, prompting "Holy Sh*t" chants and a "OH MY GOD!!! from Styles, putting Jack out of his misery at 4:33! This prompts the chants of "Joey" from the crowd!! Gertner: "Now, I came here tonight to introduce the newest tag team to ECW. This tag team has experience, the drive and the potential to drive their opponents insane, and the ladies wild! So without further ado, I bring to you SeXXXy Eddy and Sean SeXXXton, and they are RATED X!!!" Steel is coming from Ring of Honor, which is the rival promotion of ECW. And Slyk Wagner Brown, coming from several Indy promotions, like Shockwave Wrestling. This was a pretty balance and decent match between these two men but it came to an end when Steel hit the "Steel Spike" (Diving Spike DDT) for the win at 14:31. Nova was wearing his "Spiderman-Venom Edition" costume for his wrestling gear and he looked pretty good in this match up. There was some pretty good tag team moves from both teams. Hustle and Heat look tired towards the end of the match. And then Conway tried to finish off SeXXXton with a modified version of the "Ego Trip" (Whiplash), but then Big Shad and Lil J came down and fought with Dinsmore and Conway! As soon as the referee got between Saturn and O'Haire, O'Haire poked Saturn in the eyes and it was all down hill from there. He hit the Roundhouse kick, and the Fireman's Carry DDT. The finish of the match would consist like this: Lords were seem to be dominating when they performed the "Final Solution" on Lil J ( Wheelbarrow Suplex/Reverse DDT combo), only to be broken up by Jamie "Pitbull #1" Knoble. Noble and Kash did a devastating finisher called the "PITTFALL" (Stungun/Neckbreaker Combo). And they almost won it! 4 mins later, Rated X almost won the titles with the "SeXXX Driver" (Death Valley Driver on to Eddy's Knees" )!! That move was pretty effective, almost taking Kash out of the match !!! And it seemed that the Lords where gonna win the match when out of NOWHERE, J and Shad came into the ring and did a DOUBLE CHAIR SHOT on Conway, eliminating him and did the "Make it Rain" (Samoan drop (Big Shad) / Running front flip neckbreaker (Lil J) combination). Sexxxton tried to break up the pin, but it was too late as the pinfall was counted at 14:45! The MVP's of this match was Sexxxy Eddy, Nick Dinsmore and Jamie Knoble! Sandman took the fight to Van Dam early on with the Kendo Stick in the back of the head when Van Dam was doing the "Self pointing thumbs gesture". He continued to stomp on Van Dam and then he went for a Senton Bomb" but Van Dam got his knees up! Van Dam then took it to Sandman with Roundhouse kicks and a Monkey flip from the Corner! Van Damn then tried for the Rolling Thunder with a chair to Sandman's face but Sandman put his knees behind the chair...hurting the back of RVD! The finish came when Sandman irish whipped him to the ropes and tried to hit him with a chair, but RVD ducked and hit the "Van Daminator" and then went up for the 5 Star Frog Splash for the win at 14:33! After so many high flying moves and High Spots, the finish came when Tito Estrada tried to go for the DDT on Milano but out of nowhere, he countered with the A.T. Lock (Chickenwing armlock / Headscissors combo), making Tito tap out at 13:58 RATING: D Joey Styles begins to Hype the next match. Tommy Dreamer vs Terry Funk!! RATING: C- [color=blue]"The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer w/Beulah [/color] draws [color=red]"The Hardcore Legend" Terry Funk[/color] in a DOUBLE DQ!! For these two men being as close as they was....you wouldnt really know it! Both men beat the crap out of each other, making each other bleed. And both men had Great Chemistry with each other. Both men knew each other strengths and weakness. Funk countering the Dreamer DDT and the Dreamer Driver, and Dreamer counter the Spinning Toe Hold and the Funker-sault. Funk whipped Dreamer to the post outside the ring, and he grabbed a chair...but instead of hitting Dreamer, HE HIT BEULAH!!!! He cracked Dreamer on the skull busting him open! Funk went to check on Buelah, as he screamed..."Not like this....I AM SO SORRY!!" He picks up Buelah and tries to see if she was ok...and then HE DID THE PILEDRIVER ON HER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE RING!!! Funk got MAJOR HEEL HEAT when he did this!!! Balls did a vicious Shoulder Tackle, followed by a Lariat. And then a "Balls Combo" and then he hit the "This is gonna hurt!!!" (Strong Chair Shot). The finish came when a BLOODY Sabu ducked a clothesline and hit a leg Lariat, followed by a triple jump moonsault! Then with his version of "THIS IS GONNA HURT", it ended when Sabu hit the "FLYING ARABIAN FACEBUSTER" for the win at 10:31!! After the match, Balls shook Sabu's hand and left thru the crowd! And Paul Heyman comes out..and he just announce that this will not be any "ordinary match", since both men will be willing to kill themselves, Heyman is gonna give them the chance to prove this theory, so this will be a STRETCHER MATCH!! The last time these two were in a Stretcher Match, Sabu won. The Ambulance backs into the ramp way. Both men took each other to the limits and damage each other with high flyings suicide moves! Sabu went and hit the "Triple Jump Arabian Press" (A running start, jumps to a chair, to the top ring rope and then performs a crossbody block to an opponent on the outside of the ring) prompting a "Holy SH*T" chant!! RVD would return the favor and do a Tope Atomico on Sabu to the OUTSIDE, Prompting an "OH MY GOD" chant by Joey Styles! The finish came when the two faught by the Ambulance and Sabu tried to hit him with a chair, but RVD hit the Van Daminator on him. He strap him down to the gurney, but he wasnt done. all I have to say is this is very interesting .. I have to say Ghost is running the better shows I think but Kashmir isn't far behind ... Yet Kashmir is more up on the exciting factor I think just because he has money to sign higher up people and to make more exciting angles.. I'll stay tuned to see where this goes if WCW will remain on top or get toppled by the ever so cult followings known as ECW.
