In the past few years with the emergence of wrestling on national television and PPV, we've seen regional promotions become national promotions. Wrestling has become a hugely profitable sport for the "Big Three", the American Wrestling Association, the World Wrestling Federation and Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling, and unknown regional stars have become huge national icons. Wrestlers such as "Mr. America" Don Kernodle, Ted DiBiase, Tito Santana and "The Modern Day Warrior" Kerry Von Erich. In the next update: Promotion profiles
