Moss84
Will Grey Dog Software produce a football sim? I had to put you on the hot seat right away Arlie. :)
Bob Hanson
I told you that you shouldn't have left the BFL? :)
Bob Hanson
As to your question, I think it's pretty safe to assume that a football game is planned. It'll just take more work than the other games that have already been mentioned because Arlie had to leave the TPF codebase with 400ss.
TC Dale
I am sure that Arlie will be letting folks know when he has something to talk about. :)
Joe Canadian
Hopefully with a new football game comes a new name... I much prefered having seperate names for every game instead of Total Pro _______ for every title. Will football.NET make a return :)...

cody8200
I'd love to see a football game. I'm sure this will be one of the companies top priorities in the future.
Raiderjakk
Any help you guys need on the games, let me know... I've been working on an indoor soccer sim for a while, but football would be great to work with. Check out my webpage if you guys are interested at all. chammer39
They should make it a college football sim. Now that would be on deck.
Powerguy
I've been working on an indoor soccer sim for a while
Now there's a good idea, but outdoor soccer, after all it's the world's most known game right? But a career game, like you're the player and have to play for small leagues first or college or something...
Maximus
I wonder if a 2d engine would be in the mix with Arlie's next pro football incarnation. From what I understand, there is a "no compete" clause in the works for a year as far as making any type of pro football games but college is a different matter. ;)
chammer39
College Football is were it is at.
Raiderjakk
Welllll....
Now there's a good idea, but outdoor soccer, after all it's the world's most known game right? But a career game, like you're the player and have to play for small leagues first or college or something...
The sim I'm working on is indoor - Championship Manager is already there for outdoor. I'm doing an indoor sim mostly because of the finances involved with a minor league that is more like a third or fourth tier sport in the U.S. It's an interesting research project to say the least. It feels more like Solecismic's Front Office Football than TPF, but its' something I'm quite proud of. Anyhow, its open source as well, so it could be listed on the freeware thread - if I ever get it done. :-) Jack

btmlltt
All I want is a football sim with customizable league sizes.
Couldn't agree more! That was the biggest thing missing from an otherwise excellent TPF :) brad
Silverbullet
Just the mention of the Front Page Sports series brings tingles to my brain and body. These were the very BEST sports games to be produced on this planet bar none. If they could ever be reproduced by this or any other company I believe that they would be extremely successful. Sierra dropped the ball big time on this one, and now Sierra no longer exists.
