Coach: Right but what have Edge and Vickie Guerrero got up their sleeves? And what did the Edge-heads do to deserve this? Cole: All that will be answered tonight, as well as Vince McMahon, who has another match lined up for Finlay and Hornswoggle. But up first, we are kicking things off in the VIP lounge, with the United States Champion… MVP. MVP is in the VIP lounge, and I got something to say. But first, please welcome my guest for this evening… the man who cost me winning the ECW Championship last Tuesday on Sci-FI… Matt Hardy. Cole: Well here comes Matt Hardy, a man who made a huge impact on his return last Tuesday. Coach: Well for a man who’s been out for 3 months, he sure knows who to pick a fight with on his return. Cole: Well let’s remember Coach that Matt Hardy was the number one contender for the United States Championship before he got injured. MVP: First things first… I want to ask you… what the hell do you think you’re doing… turning up on ECW and costing me that match? I mean… we used to be partners Matt. We used to be the tag team champions. First you cost me the tag team titles… then you go and fake an injury so you didn’t have to face me at Cyber Sunday… then you back out of the match at Survivor Series… then you disappear for 3 months, when you know I was all set to beat you. First off… who you calling boy? Second, you cost us the tag team titles be injuring me in that match. And third… now that I’m back… I want my shot at your United States Championship. You put me off for month after month, hiding behind those tag team titles. But we ain’t got them no more, so you got no excuses. I want to face you for the US Title at Wrestlemania. MVP: You want me at Wrestkemania? You gonna have to earn it. I tell you what… I’m gonna go to Vickie Guerrero and we’re gonna make a match for you… and if you can win that match… you’ll get your title shot. We got a deal? Matt: Alright… what’s the match? MVP: You’ll find out man… you’ll find out. Now, I know that tonight, you’re making your in ring return against Jamie Noble so… I’ll let you go get ready for that OK? Catch you on the flipside, alright? Cole: Well it seems that Matt Hardy is going to have to… hey wait, from behind MVP attacking Matt. Coach: Never turn your back on a guy like MVP. Cole: The US Champion now… he just drove Matt Hardy through a table with the playmaker. That damn coward MVP, attacking Matt Hardy when he was leaving the ring. ---- Cole: We’re back from commercial folks, and after seeing MVP assault Matt Hardy, I hope Hardy gets his own back at Wrestlemania. Coach: Well Michael remember that Matt Hardy has to earn that Wrestlemania chance first. Cole: Right and we don’t even know how Matt Hardy is meant to earn that chance. We don’t know his opponent yet. We’ll see him in action later tonight. But up next, it’s the first money in the bank qualifier. The high flyer Jimmy Wang Yang, going one on one with Kenny Dykstra. He’s trying to get back on track tonight against Jimmy Wang Yang. Coach: Right and qualifying for the money bank ladder match would be a huge achievement for a guy so young. Cole: Imagine if he won money in the bank? How huge would that be? But let’s not rule out Jimmy Yang as he hits a kick to the back off the head. Down goes Dykstra. Coach: Well Jimmy Yang has been teaming a lot with Shannon Moore lately and he’ll be hoping he has more luck in singles action tonight. Cole: Yang now, slams Dykstra to the mat, he’s going to go upstairs. Jimmy Wang Yang, off the top… misses with the moonsault. Dykstra now, he’s looking to go up top. Have fun. Cole: Mr McMahon continues to punish Finlay in the run up to their match at Wrestlemania. Last week it was Big Daddy V, this week it’s both Deuce and Domino. Coach: Well he’s the boss, he can do what he wants. Cole: Well I hope Finlay enjoys his match at Wrestlemania, cause I have a feeling he’s going to kick Mr McMahon’s ass for him. But now, it’s the in ring return of Matt Hardy, as he takes on Jamie Noble. Coach: But he’s going to have to raise his game if he… Cole: .. hey wait, MVP from behind. He just hit Hardy on the back of the head with the United States championship belt. Shots to V… Batista trying to hit some offence. Off the ropes and… he just shoulder charged V and the big man didn’t move… another shot… and a third finally takes the big man down. Deuce and Domino are really doing a number here on Finlay. Is this what’s in store for the Undertaker? Coach: I think its more a case of what Mr McMahon has in store for Finlay at Wrestlemania. Cole: What you mean it’s going to take Mr McMahon and a partner to beat Finlay? Coach: No I mean MR McMahon’s going to kick Finlay’s ass. Cole: Well that remains to be seen. Deuce now, pummelling Finlay in the corner. Tag made, Domino now in. Domino now… ran into a right hand by Finlay. And another. The Belfast Brawler looking to fight out of the corner. Rights and lefts and… oh now c’mon. Deuce just hit Finlay with a cheap shot from the apron. Coach: And that’s exactly what Mr McMahon is going to do at Wrestlemania. He’s going to punish Finlay all night in that match. Cole: What are you trying to get a raise or something? Coach: No, I’m just lending my support to Mr McMahon that’s all. Cole: Decue tagged back in and… Finlay now… being set up for… crack ‘em in the mouth. Domino connected with the kick. Here’s the cover, 1-2-3. And for the second straight week Mr McMahon stacks the deck against FInlay. Coach: And once again Finaly lost. Just like he’s going to do at Wrestlemania at the hands of Mr McMahon. Cole: Wow… well the world heavyweight championship match at Wrestlemania just took on a whole lot more responsibility. The GM position of Smackdown is on the line. Coach: Who does Teddy long think he is? Going over Vickie Guerrero’s head to Mr McMahon to make a match like that. Cole: Well you said it yourself Coach, Mr McMahon’s the boss, he can do whatever he wants. Up next, another money in the bank qualifier. This time it’s ECWs Miz against Smackdown’s own Rey Mysterio. Rights and lefts to the head, Ryder charges in… he runs in to a big boot. Undertaker now, is he going to send the Edge-heads into that casket? Coach: Uh… Edge? We need some help out here? Cole: Undertaker… he has Zack Ryder up and… tombstone! Undertaker hits the tombstone. And now… dragging both men over to that casket. Coach: This does not look good right now. Both Edge-heads are going to be locked in that casket. Cole: Undertaker, opening the lid and… hey! That’s Edge! Edge with a shot to the head with the title. Edge was hiding in the casket all along! Coach: Brilliant! Absolute genius from the champion! Cole: And Edge… another shot to the Undertakers head with the belt. And Hawkins and Ryder both grabbing chairs and… oh no, not that. Coach: What? What they going to do? Cole: It looks like there setting the Undertaker up for… a con-chair-to! The Edge-heads, Hawkins and Ryder just crushed the skull of the Undertaker. Coach: Good night Undertaker. Rest in peace. Cole: And Edge now grabbing the chairs and… oh my God, not again. One chair under the Undertaker’s head, another in Edge’s hand. And… a one man con-chair-to! This is too much. Edge is going to kill the Undertaker. Coach: Well remember what Edge said. He had a plan to make it so that the Undertaker never even made it to Wrestlemania. And this is it right here and I love it. Cole: And now, Hawkins and Ryder dragging the lifeless body of the Undertaker towards the casket. The lid is open and… the Undertaker is in… all they need to do is close the lid and… it’s over! The Edge-heads have won the handicap casket match, but it was Edge that did the damage. Coach: And look at that shot Michael Cole. Edge… standing on top of a casket with the Undertaker inside… holding his championship belt. That is one of the greatest images I have ever seen. Cole: Curt Hawkins now… chaining up the casket. What are these guys doing now? Coach: Well they’re… wheeling the casket away. Where are they taking it? Cole: The Edge-heads wheeling the casket up the aisle, Edge directing traffic. And… oh my God! Please don’t tell me there going to do what I think they are? Coach: What? What is it? Cole: They’re going to… oh my God! They just pushed that casket off the stage! Coach: Wow! Cole: What do you mean “wow”? The Undertaker could be severely injured in there. Referees and medical personnel now rushing to try to get that casket open and see if the Undertaker is OK. Coach: Well first they got to put back the right way up. Cole: One of our referees now trying to open the lid and… *GONG* Coach: Oh what now? *GONG* Cole: The lights have gone out. Oh my god! That was… I think it was… Coach: A bolt of lightning just struck that casket! *GONG* Cole: And the lights are back on and, the lid is open and… oh my god! The casket it’s… it’s… it’s empty! Coach: Where the hell has he gone? Cole: And look at the look on Edge’s face. What has he done tonight? Where is the Undertaker? Tune in next week to find out! King: Well you know that Randy Orton is going to do something. He’s not going to lie down and take what happened to him. But also, what is going to happen to DX tonight? JR: Well we know Shane McMahon has set up a handicap match for himself and Umaga against Triple H.
