If you want a worker to take a health exam and it comes back that he/she was on steroids than I think that the organization should have the option either having something like a clause in their contract like saying the worker can be fired If during their career in the organization they test positive for steroids. Maybe include a feature that saids that all superstars, and divas have to take a drug test for steroids, but in the feature there would be two options, optional, or manatory.
