Just a quick point i thought i should mention. Eternal Feuds like Bret Hart vs HBK or currently Batista vs Edge or Cena vs HHH - you know the rivalrys that are always there even if they are not in a storyline together. They simmer beneath the surface knowing full well they are being held back until a better PPV like Mania. This is not represented in the game. I was thinking that either you could let people be in more than one storyline at a time (no more than 2 or 3 though) or have a seperate section for Franchise Rivalrys in which even if there not in a storyline when they are in a segment together it builds on it somehow. i admit i have more questions than answers on this subject and was just wondering what everyone else thought. I'm just sick of starting a feud with my companies two biggest stars at F- when clearly if Bret Hart and HBK started a feud tomorrow their momentum would shoot to A+
I'm just sick of starting a feud with my companies two biggest stars at F- when clearly if Bret Hart and HBK started a feud tomorrow their momentum would shoot to A+
If you're talking about the Storyline Rating, or even the Momentum, all the F- means is that there is no rating yet, until they have their first segment. This could be a good idea, maybe have it where a worker can be part of one Franchise Storyline and one Main Storyline at once, but not two of either. Two workers also can't be in both a Franchise and Main storyline with each other: you would have to evolve or do something similar to a Franchise storyline to make it a Main Storyline. When the main storyline is done, you have the option of making it a franchise storyline, which will work a bit like house shows. If you run angle angle with the two workers, the rating won't go up, but it will be consistent. If you run to angles or segments between them, the storyline rating start going down. So a Franchise Storyline can't get any bigger than it already is without making it a Main Storyline. This could be very complicated, and I wouldn't really care either way if it was in or not, I think.

I could be neat to have something that if a storyline had say A* rating for a certain amount of time then those workers have a permanent record, and later when used in matches or feuds that gets factored in. Seems like it could be hard to program though. But to make the feature fair you'd probably need something where if the rating was too low for a certain amount of time it would create a negative record for the two men involved.
