takertitan
This is something i find interesting, cause almost everyone picks up Steve Flash when it fits there product. Question is, how do you use him? My big problem is his age vs charisma. Yeah, he is sweet in the ring, but by the time you can build him into somewhat useful on the stick(C), he's almost ready done with wrestling. So, i hate to say it, but Steve Flash has always been my star maker. He floats the midcard, beating good new talent when they show up for some quick popularity boost, but generally jobs it out in good little C matches. Best part is he sells like crazy and makes anyone look good. He just pulled out a C- match with a jobbed out Redwood. He carried 1 of the most useless workers in the game with next to no momentum/popularity to a C-!
Dragonmack
In my diary game I used him as my midcard titleholder until he left the first time. I signed him back a year later and had him team up with another veteran to make a strong tag team that had two good runs while helping train up other tag teams. He retired, and now he is my main road agent and occasional guest attraction.
Comradebot
I always tried to avoid using Steve Flash, since everyone uses him... But in my USPW game, which is now my favorite of all time, he's currently my reigning National Champion. Sure, he can't talk on the microphone, so I stuck him with a half decent manager for those moments when I can't avoid keeping him away from the microphone. His in ring ability has done wonders for the prestige of the National title, as every match is an excellent one. Really helped that he had chemistry with Java and went on a Best of Seven Series against him. He's gained so much overness from basically just his in ring talent that he's now "too big" for NYCW :-) My only real worry is that he might retire, taking his talent and ability to train others with him. Of course, retirement is a constant threat from half the USPW roster. Luckily for me, only Warlord Agony has retired after almost a year of play, and is now the best announcer I have. Eisen-verse
I always seem to use Steve Flash as a strong midcarder/lower midcarder who spends most of his time in "dark matches" against my up and coming superstars. He always wins & is there to help advance their stats, if possible. Occassionally he'll make TV for a random high flying 5 way match but will almost always loose on TV. Occasionally, I'll stick him into a tag team with a younger worker (like a Stevie Grayson) to try to have a competent lower card tag team. All in all, I've never actually had him win a title but he's a vital asset to building your company.
rajde
I usually use him with young guys. I think a good example was using him with Jungle Jack in a tag team to put over on some young guys.
Rob4590
I had him in a tag team with a youngster in my game (although to be honest he wasn't performing as well as I'd hoped), but then last night I get the heartbreaking news that he has gone down with a major concussion and is out for 14 months  - so I think road agenting will be his next role! Derek B
I rarely ever push flash but the best he's probably done with me was in my USPW game. He basically acted as a mentor for Mainstream Hernandez and the two worked together a lot, usually in tag matches where Flash could also help coach the opponents too. As a result, Mainstream improved at a rapid pace across the board and was soon one of the finest talents around while Flash also improved his charisma/mic skills just by spending so much time in segments with Mainstream. They were a good team. :)
Comradebot
He carried 1 of the most useless workers in the game with next to no momentum/popularity to a C-!
This just really sunk in for me... I recently signed Gargantuan when he came into the game, thinking that he'd be perfect for the spirit of USPW, and maybe could be developed into a decent wrestler. Only to find out that after he got an E in Brawling that he was quickly approaching his peak. In fact, the road agent notes only show his ****ty performance skills of having any real potential. BUT, Steve Flash carried that useless lard to a C. Course now I'm stuck with the decision of either trying to see if Gargantuan will develop into a possible technician or high flier(lulz), if I should stick him with another heel into a tag team, or just boot him to the curb. Phantom Stranger
Not every wrestler needs to talk to get over. Steve Flash is one of those.
shamelessposer
Sign him to SWF or TCW and make him into a bigger Barry Horowitz than Barry Horowitz. The guy's made for it.
Self
Picked him up for my last TCW game. He jobbed on TV. Won a few darks. Then I found he had awesome chemistry with Acid and I put them in a Best of 7 Series, which ultimately did nothing for Flash's popularity and damaged Acid's. Good TV though. If the game hadn't died with my PC, I would have finished my search for a tag partner for him.
Irish Wolf
Steve Flash is a god. Let me tell you the Seve Flash in CZCW story. Day one hire Steve Flash and Flash starts as main evener. However I give the title to Plague. Plague makes a year long run with 20 defense on the title. Meanwhile main eventing Flash is dominating everyone he meets putting on B- matches with even the worst of my uppercard and B+ with my best within the first year. Year two Flash gets the title he makes a year and 5 month run with it has an earth shaking feud with Plague and even without a good chemistry note the two put on an A* match up on what got voted show of the year in 2009. Sadly with a number of my workers getting TV exposure from DaVE and SWF Flash gets relegated to Midcard status but with my new TV show in one month he is back up to Upper Midcard and currently is the first holder of the Coastal Zone Pure Wrestling title putting on an A match with Mr. Lucha III in the finals of the tournament. My intention is to get him up to Main Event status again where he ill hold the Coastal Zone Championship and beat his last record title reign. It could have been nifty to see if they'd cancel out each other.
eayragt
Steve Flash - hired him to train Mathew Gauge, and tag with Jimmy Cox. However, after he showed no chemistry to Jimmy Cox, he just became a jobber extraordinaire... until he suddenly pulled out an A* match, and I had to move him onto bigger and better things. It really depends on what size promotion you are - if you're below Cult he's not cheap, therefore has to be used up the top of the card (I think ideally as a Gatekeeper for the Main Event). Just find him a mouthpiece. If you're Cult, you don't have to push him so hard, so jobber / dark match trainer / tag wrestler (with youngster) are all roles that's suit him fine. And what I tried to do, before I couldn't ignore him anymore!

Irish Wolf
Steve Flash does not need a mouth piece he's one of those people who can get by just on his wrestling. I had him Main Evetning TCW in 2 months from Lower Midcard putting out A* matches with Wolf Hawkins. I don't play SE feds I'm sure he'd tank in one of those but I think even there he could be built up as the one legitimate athlete on the roster and still get over. I play 4C, CZCW, MAW and TCW and he always gets over quickly. I've yet to try him in an NOTBPW game but I bet he'd have mind blowing matches with the Stones. takertitan
I am currently pushing Mainstream, Joss and William in USPW, so i needed a decent face to work with them and give them some work. Flash may not win much, but within a month all 3 have gained in some sort of stat. On a side note, i just made Grandmaster Phunk a A overness without him ever beating anyone with more overness than a C. Thank god for Sam Strong. He can job to strong all day with great chem and still gain overness while putting on steller matches. Can't wait for the next batch of heels to make there way to uppercard... i got 4 good young heels who can talk, i love it.
Ping von Erich
Steve Flash is always my go to jobber he's old and talented, so he gets jobbed out to young inexperienced guys I'm trying to push and more over less talented guys I'm trying to get decent match ratings out of. OutlawIII
I partnered him up with Jungle Jack, renamed him Jungle Jack Flash, and made them the Flash Brothers. As long as he's not retired, he's still a rock solid wrestler who can put on good matches, and that's your ultimate goal with anyone.
