rhyseboi
Not sure where i should post this, so apologies if there is a more suited thread! Just wondering on advice on how to 'freshen up' a character without changing their gimmick or heel/face alignment because it would screw around with the long running fueds ive got going. Self
There isn't a way. 'Freshen Up' means "Change their alignment or gimmick or both". In this case, I think it means gimmick, which isn't a major deal. Old School Face isn't that much different from Blue Collar... unless you make a big deal out of it. rhyseboi
I see, so if the gimmicks are similar to the other then there wont be a backlash with introducing it suddenly?

It tells you how long if at all they should be off TV to switch to the gimmick. Some need a month or 2 and some can be done right away but they usually dont last as long as one that needs time off shows.
Michael Wayne
and when changing gimmicks, it's best to try and change it to something in the same category instead of jumping to another category. Even though nothing is said about it, it usually requires a longer wait time in addition to whatever the wait time would be for the gimmick and you're changing it to something entirely different and risk getting a negative response if used too soon. So if you have someone using a wholesome gimmick, change it to another wholesome gimmick.
