i believe that is what they called it. WWE was filming a rumbal spot in orlando. shane dougless abyss and brooks brought a plate of muffins *it might have been cookies* to the wrestlers. a few of the wwe guys gave them a very warm welcome *rey Mysterio and a few others* and talked on tna tv. WWE said they would sue if it aired on tv because they thought it was trashing wwe. they showed it but blured out the faces. The video was nothing huge but it got alot of viewers for a tna ppv.

It was cookies and it was called "cookiegate". WWE threatened to sue TNA if any of their wrestlers were shown on TNA TV. On the topic at hand, iMPACT! was really good tonight and I really enjoyed the main event. Hopefully they finally pull the trigger and have Joe win the belt at Lockdown.

Joe's gonna win at Lockdown... if you noticed the advertisement for live events during ODB and Kong... they're coming to my hometown of Derby VT on May 9th. We were given a match listing, guess who is listed as the Champion? :p Freakin' awesome show. I was wondering about the time the Main Event started why we hadn't seen Eric Young or James Storm... at least I know where Storm was. No Curry Man... that's my only gripe. Is it just me or did 1,000 fans sound more loud than 10,000? Damn those people were nuts!

The look on Robbie's face was priceless as they were showing it on the big screen. He had the look of.....Oh crap, I'm gonna get jobbed....wait, I already am getting jobbed! That was the best Impact I can remember in a while though, the fans were way more pumped up for this show. Even though they had a few hiccups with graphics, I'd say the foray into live TV was fairly successful.

Its a shame what TNA did here. Cheap move to show a WWE star in attendance and get him to damn near lose his job when all he wants to do is enjoy the show. Not much better than the TNA plane they flew over WM. But atleast I can see the benifit in that business wise.

I've read reports that while he was in Universal Studios after the show he was telling fans he wasn't sent home, and it was just a rumor someone started... but he was called and told to leave the show immediately. Honeslty I don't know why he was in the crowd to begin with... all the other WWE guys were backstage.

I dont know really. Apparently he has a friend in TNA who he wanted to see in the ring and figured to get the best seat possible. Its a shame that this decision might be the reason he gets the post Mania pink slip.... which probably means Robbie will go too. The plane I dont care about, its smart actually. They're trying to reach to their target audience by the masses, but whats the benifit of this? Getting a guy fired? Then having his partner inevitably go too who just so happens to have a kid? Just seems to me like they're willing to ruin lives just to stick it to the WWE.

You could see the plane a couple of times. You could tell it had a banner flying behind it, but it was never zoomed enough to see what the banner said. You could hear it buzzing during the MITB match almost the entire time, but after that it got dark and I'm pretty sure it left.

It was atleast nice stradegy to do it during the MITB ladder match since its most likely to get the arial shots than in any other match. Was it a desparate cry for attention that probably lost them more money than they gained? Yes. But was it smart? Very. Still I'd perfer TNA focus on improving its own product rather than trying to disrupt its competitors product.
