What's your Favorite...

Alright guys, I'm sitting in class bored as hell so I thought I'd start a new thread lol. It's a simple one. What's your favorite TEW07 Mod and why? For me it has to be Tommy's Rebirth Mod. I started really taking a liking to wrestling probbaly around 1996 and with the birth of the NWO I was hooked. This was by far the best time in wrestling for me, and when WWF bought the rights to WCW I knew it was the end for "great wrestling" To be able to take control of WCW just before they shut their doors is awesome. I really feel that if WCW was still around WWE would have no choice be to continue coming up with top notch storylines instead of the crap they've been putting on on a regular basis. So anyway, that's why Rebirth is my favorite mod.

I still haven't found a mod that I enjoy as much as the default data, but I find 1RC quite good. Nice manageable size, with a good selection of angles and storylines that I usually import into the default data.

I would say it was between three mods... 3. T-Zone - Comprehensive real world mod. It's attention to detail is it's undoing, however, and the database is massive. This makes for a slow game... plus it doesn't have it's own pics. Still, it's fun if you've got the time. 2. DOTT - A very good mod, well done. There is very little to fault this. I love it. 3. The Fall - A fun, fictional post-WWE scenario. It's the only mod I can stick with for a long length of time.

For real world, The Fall is nice. Still, never been a fan of real world data... for some odd reason they always give Kevin Nash B- or higher stiffness, though I can't remember the last time he threw a punch that came within half a foot of his opponent. As for CornellVerse... 1975, baby. Just a well done mod, though I still find myself trying not to destroy the timeline.

Overall? My favorite 3 mods are: my real world (AJW Reborn) mod, my combo (C-Verse/real world) mod, and bobinc's new and improved GGW mod. I've seen some great other mods as well but I always gravitate to the above mods when I'm not playing the Cornellverse.

I like The Fall (tommytomlin) and Golden Era (DocStevens) mods. Both a lot of fun. I like the uniqueness of the Fall, and I always liked the early-mid 90's WWF, so the Golden Era was an instant win.

Besides C-Verse my favorites are The Fall and DOTT.

Tommy is a damn genius. The Fall is IMO the best mod out there

I keep changing my mind with this.... as with a lot of guys here, my favourite period in wrestling was about 96-98ish so I play MA 2.0 a lot, and I personally think it is a very well constructed mod, dues to Carlito for his original data. and again as most have said, Tommys mods are great. I personally prefer The Fall, or After The Fall (I think I tend to go towards After The Fall) rather than Rebirth or Invasion, however I think they are all great mods. End of the Golden Era I believe is also a mod well worth looking at that has provided some entertaining times. I have never got deep enough into the C-Verse, so can't comment really. So yeah, my fav's are MA 2.0 and After The Fall. Apart from the above, I think all mods and modders should be credited for their work, right back to EWR, if anyone takes the time to provide mods for us, then they are OK in my book. Cheers all.

Wish I had the time to go back and continue with my WCW diary I started once that mod was completed too :( Oh well maybe when the new TEW hits I'll have some time freed up :D

The Invasion mod has always been fun, but I have to give it to DOTT as far as non C-verse data is concerned. DOTT rules.
