You would get an e-mail explaining what happened. Like here's how it would work: Genghis Rahn was eating at a resturant and got attacked by BLZ Bubb. Bubb hit Rahn with a chair and pinned him, thus winning your Hardcore Championship. OR...for laughs: BLZ Bubb got strangled by Rahn last night. Maybe if it was possible to tie in a title change option into the angle that would be cool, or you could just assign it to the wrestler via the title screen.
