Founding members of a promotion

Remember back to just about the last EWR games made when you could create your own promotion and have a couple of wrestlers become part owners in your promotion, man I miss that. I would like to see the return of that in some form, although instead of it being random, I think you should be able to offer that oppurtunity to anyone not currently tied up in an exclusive deal, but they have the option to turn you down. I'd say you can offer this to up to 2 people. If both turn you down, then you get no one, if one or both accept then you get them for lifetime deals. Which brings me to my next though, having lifetime deals either increase by a small percentage each year or having them get a percentage of profits.
