TEW07 to TEW08

Question will i be able to to take all the wrestlers i created fr my 07game as well as things i downloaded such as locations,gimmicks,matches so forth n so on and add them to the TEW08 game

Probably a dumb question but I'm asking just to be sure, does this work if you are using the 07 demo? I understand its the same database files but just making sure the restrictions won't interfere

As you say, it's the same files for the demo or the full game so I can't imagine any way for the data to not be convertable. The restrictions for demos are only for gameplay time, not for anything else.
