AfRoMaN36
I'm interested but I'm not sure. Does anyone on here have it? Whats the monthly charge? Do I Have to pay to watch individual videos or is it all free with the monthly charge?
BIGJOSH
I have it. I'm actually watching Bret Hart and Goldust from a Raw in July of 97 right now. I think the charge is 7.95 a month and IMO it's worth it. The charge gives you access to everything they upload during the month.
Franchise22
it was ok. i had it for a few months. for the cost, its not bad at all. i just cancelled it because of lack of time to truly enjoy it.

dvdWarrior
Sorry to bump an old topics, but I kinda figured I'd chime in here on this topic. I had 24/7 for a while there, and I have to say it was more than worth it. at $7.95 a month, it more than pays for itself in my opinion. Recent pay-per-views, the monday night wars, classic WWF house shows, (WWE Old School, I love that), and all the rest. I think it's fantastic. Unfortunately for me, I also had an addiction to movie channels as well, and let my bill get a little too far behind, and now my cable and my internet have gone away for a little while, but I'll be back soon, and 24/7 will definitely be the one thing I invest in once I do. Peace.
alden
I thought you had to buy "blocks" of programing? Like, 8 or 12 hours for like 5 bucks. If you get an entire month for that little i would say it is more then worth it. How much ecw/wcw/awa/wccw stuff do they show?

ECW had its own section. monday night wars had its own section, each month had a theme. good stuff. legends section.
dvdWarrior
I'm pretty sure the buying blocks of programming bit is for the online version of 24/7, I never had that problem with the cable version. There's plenty of WCW and EXW on there, at least one new tv show from each of them in each term, (things are usually available on there for a week or two). Not nearly enough WCW stuff on there for my tastes, but still plenty. I've seen much less WCCW stuff on there, but it does pop up from time to time as well. Only bad thing about 24/7 IMO is that it's edited: some of the wrestlers themes have been changed to a similarly-sounding generic tune, (I'm pretty sure), and just about anything pertaining to Chris Benoit has been cut out entirely. They blur out the WWF scratch logo (from the height of the Attitude Era) as well, but somehow the original WWF logo from the 80's makes it through. Other than that though, 24/7 pretty much rocks. :D
Tyler Gadzinski
They edit stuff through most of there DVD releases too so it's not that big of a deal for me with the editing. Still pisses me off how harsh they are on Benoit but I guess they don't want that image for them. I might actually look into getting 24/7 after reading nothing but good things about it. If only there was a channel for Indy wrestling..
