Comradebot
I did a search for my particular question and came up with nothing, so I thought I'd go ahead and ask. I've got a guy who wants a title run. Just out of curiousity, would a tournament title fulfill this? Maybe I'm over thinking it, but I'd hate to have a guy win a tournament when he could've been busying himself with winning a regular title. Derek B
That's a very good question actually, I don't know the answer to that one. But working it out logically... I think a tournament title of the right level (or higher) would work fine. :)
Comradebot
I'll be the guinea pig then. Worse comes to worse, I'll still have most of 1976to give Papa Voodoo a belt.
Dischord
I have a related question. What is the out come of not giving the worker the belt he wants?
Emark
The worker will not negotiate a new deal because the title run was honored.
hakk99
Yes, tournament titles work. Hurucan Sandoval Jr. demands a mid-card title shot every nine months so I let him win a tag team tournament title recently and he was satisfied. I also tried to give him my mid-card title at the end of one contract so that he would still have it at the beginning of the next contract but he didn't fall for this. Even though he held the mid-card title for 6 out of the nine months of his contract he would not renegotiate until he received a brand new title run.
