crayon
The scenario I'm attempting to mod atm is one where you're a bush league indie promotion yet have a number of really over workers signed. Aside from overseas (which is going strong) there's only one or two other promotions and they're in even worse shape than you. The thing I'm wondering is if I'm going to have any problems renegotiating or signing new contracts (refusal is the biggest problem.. price 2nd), what with them being so over and me being not. If there's little other alternatives in the industry, are they more desperate to work, or is this not taken into account? If there is a problem, will setting them as loyal to mine make things easier? gazwefc83
Because there is little or no alternative doesnt make a difference so iv read before! as for loyalty im not sure because the mod im running at the moment alot of workers are stying with there companies through loyalty rather than accepting offers from bigger promotions but saying that, Sting is loyal to NWA in my mod and they fell to cult size and he wouldn't sign a new contract and left (I happily snapped him up to the WWF)
