Marcel Fromage
Here's the thing... I'm in July 2014 with ROF. Since February 2013 I've been a National company, and at every single show I've run in that time I've had a message afterwards saying that fans complained at my lack of big names. Now, I know that I need to get the wrestlers more over to avoid getting the message. That much is clear. But does anyone have any idea what you need to avoid getting the message? I've got 5 guys on my roster who are now at B overness in the UK (Manico, O'Curle, W.Morgan, Giedroyc, Stones). Do I need a certain number of wrestlers at a certain overness level? Or is is percentage of the roster? If it's the latter I'm struggling given that I employ 70 wrestlers!! Any ideas on this would be welcome, as I'm getting fed up of the major amounts of money I've lost from my last 90 or so shows getting smaller crowds than they should be getting!
Self
I think you need a couple of A's. I used to get that when I played TCW, before I changed to Superman style booking. Hold up. 70? How much TV do you have a week?
Marcel Fromage
Just a one-hour tv show and a monthly PPV. Including dark time I get all wrestlers to work twice or three times out of the 5 shows. I run a couple of dark match battle royals per month. That's my main brand which has 40 workers. My Japanese 2nd (development) brand has 30 workers and has a one-hour show twice per month. I find attendances drop off if I have more than 7 shows per month, which is why I'm particularly keen not to lose my audience in other ways!! Couple of A's you reckon...hmmm....difficult in the UK. Have to keep holding shows in Europe where some of my top stars aren't very over and hope their match ratings on tv shows knock them up throughout the UK. Marcel Fromage
Cheers Gaz. So B overness seems to be the key. At least that means I can't be far off then!
