TEW 2008 Vast Arena Mod

(Posted here untill TEW 2008 Mod section opens) [FONT="][/FONT] [FONT="][/FONT] With TEW 2008 just around the corner I figured that I would start on some mod making. Granted this wont be a full mod, but it will be the BIGGEST Arena mod possible. Something that Adam said about loading times and memory usage is that only active uses up loading speed. So worker and promotion history is inactive data. So im guessing as location data isn’t changed all the way through the game, it’s going to be inactive data. Judging on this I would like to make a very detailed Mod with the help of anyone willing to help. I’m not asking for anyone to help edit the data at this point I will see how I manage myself. But I am asking for everyone on here to send me Forum Messages or emails with the Information I will need. To help all I ask for is names of arenas and locations in your local area which can or do hold wrestling events, the estimated capacity, if it’s more towards entertainment, pure, hardcore or so on. Plus if you think it’s a hotbed arena. (Please also state which area of the TEW game the arena is in, Tri State, South UK and so on) I’m not just asking for the larger arena’s as there easy to find using the internet. I am more interested in small arena’s that hold 100-2,000. Like local Leisure Centres, Schools/Colleges/University’s that hold Wrestling events. Thanks for your permission [U]sprinklefurball[/U], it looks like a great place to start. Apart from a few minor tweaks (removing generic arena's) it will be a great place to build on so thanks for that. The TV Network section looks good to work on too thanks. Just remove the generic stations and build on it i think, mostly concentrating on the new areas added to the game. With the injuries I’ll update them to work with the new TEW 2008 system of injured but available, injured but can appear and the injured but must stay home. Plus adding as many more as I can muster up :)[FONT=Wingdings][/FONT] [U]b0shey[/U] I would much appreciate it if I could use your 100+ Other TV Show data. This mod will follow on after the TV Network mod so that I can put all the shows on there respected networks. So of you could forward the other TV shows to me that would be great thanks :-D I’ll make sure I give special mention to you 2 guys when I release the mods. Sadly not many have messaged in so far so come on everyone. If you only know of 1 arena in your local area just take 2 minutes of your time to send me the details. If every one sent in 1 unique arena we could have hundreds of thousands (12,000 GDS Members) of new arenas. We all play the mods so why not have some input. That sounds really sweet what you guys are doing, i definitely think we need to revamp the arena mod, hope it can be released when tew 2008 is out. I made a TNA one only for Impact every week, theres probably more i want just cant think really. BTW nice stuff on the other tv show boshey. That is some good stuff, i had to add the fresh prince of bel-air to it since its one of my fav show :)

Ill start putting together a list of Locations, TV shows, TV networks ect

I'll mark out if you include my local venue in Stirling, Scotland. It's called The Albert Halls and varies in size depending on if the balconies are open. Without the balconies it seats around 450 people, with the balconies it seats about 1000. They have a monthly show there featuring SCottish talent, the last guy I'd heard of that was there was Drew Galloway towards the end of 2007. :)

First off thanks Basmat01, your help will be greatly apprishated:D. I'm hoping to make the most of Australia in 08. Thanks to Ultimatenoob also. some nice big australian arena's. lets hope we cet some small ones too :-). I'll be back on later to help out with NZ stuff, because I've always noted a severe lack of any attention paid to the area. EG. you wouldnt see WWE Wrestlemania being shown on a XXX channel um about TV Stations. if you just want to rate the stations from 1 to whatever. with 1 being the biggest, i will figure the rest out. :) if tha helps ya
