Kobe1724
To have the game run smoothly without worker generation on at all, assuming I am playing cornellverse.
Adam Ryland
I don't understand the question; if you're using the CornellVerse then you don't have to add any new workers, it already has a large supply?
Blasphemywebleed
I'm assuming they are asking about the database they are creating which i'm guessing is similiar size to the C-Verse?
Kobe1724
yeah, sorry for not articulating it better. Basically I am making a database. It has 23 promotions that need about 1000 workers to be at recommended capacity. However, in the next 12-15 years I have 10 more promotions scheduled to open that will require another 400 workers or so to function. However over that period of time + 10 years or so I'm sure wrestlers retire/can't work anymore so I'm saying assuming the median age of my workers is 26 how often do I have to have new workers coming into the game in order to replace them without needing to turn worker generation on? I know the game will run one way or another but I want all of my promotions to have enough workers.
Adam Ryland
If you have enough workers in the database to sustain those promotions in the first place then logically you'd only need to ensure that you have one new worker coming in for every worker retiring in order to maintain that balance. Therefore all you really need to do is pick an average retirement age for each active worker and have a new worker debut in the month he is likely to retire. For non-wrestlers, you would aim to have someone replace them when they reach mandatory retirement age (65), except in the case of road agents and colour commentators given that retired wrestlers will likely fill those positions up easily. Adam Ryland
So what is the age most workers retire?
65 from wrestling, anywhere between their mid 30s and mid 50s for retirement from active competition.
