I have a very succesful "franchise" with eliteXC(taporsnap5) and I got two TV shows but I am on A LOT of networks.... But what do I get from this? The TV shows always losses money because the attendance isn't as good as with PPVs and the TV stations doesn't pay anything.... Is it worth it having tv shows?

Yes, for popularity reasons. You only have to put on a halfway decent show on TV to get a fairly large jump in popularity. Once I have a promotion rather big (TV and PPV deals) I put together a card for my event as normal, then I put together a TV show with whoever I have left over. Even if I take a hit to my popularity from the Event (PPV) I will always make it up with the Show (TV), even if the show only has average interest matches and below. (Though I don't see the point in haveing a second show... but maybe some one can enlighten me on that.)

I use TV shows for one reason, building up my fighters popularity. That's how you produce massive scale fights on a regular basis. Also, fighters with 4-5+ win streaks (with little popularity) can still put on really popular fights. It's a lot easier to give them win streaks with more TV shows.
