Offline Install... Please help! :(

So I've got the game on my computer in my residence room here at the college. I'm running Windows Vista. I was on my Grandpa's laptop on the 8th when I downloaded the game and I followed the off-line steps up until installing it, and I figured once I brought that lisence home here then it would work... but it didn't. I was confused as to why not at first, but I think the lisence has to be installed in the same session you are requesting it... (as in, open TEW08, complete two steps, and then go get the lisence somewhere, then come back and install that reciept while the game's still on.) Has anybody done offline registering? I just came here from my rez room, three minute walk. I put in my Order ID there, clicked step one which is to save the request file... and now I'm here. I've got the file, how can I get a reciept for it? These computers are not able to run TEW08, because the school blocks access to some files and folders. Please please please help! EDIT: All right, so i tried putting in my offlinelicenserequest at license.net but it's saying "All licenses are currently in-use or none remain." grr, this is such a hassle.
