if you want them to help other workers actual wrestling skills then he needs to be an active worker who has good pyschology and just generally what ever you want your workers to be like. So just like in real life, the guys who have a sense of ring psychology but can not get over or are past their prime are the ones in devo helping to train. Such as: Val Venis, Lance Storm, Al Snow guys like that.

Even though they aren't being assigned a position on the roster I would assume looking at this from a realistic view point that just being there would help the workers train between shows. If not I'd like to know so I can call them back up.
