It doesn't seem like there is a lot of problems in this regard, but I figure I'd rather ask the question and know for sure... I'm doing a TEW 2008 diary on another forum using the Cornellverse. Its more of a franchise report, or maybe a third-person diary. Anyway, I'm using a lot of graphics in it and everything is taken out of the game (and a few from the mods forum here). Most are straight out of the game and a few are modified (resized). I'm giving credit for the graphics to the game, but I just want to make sure I'm not crossing any lines or stepping on any toes doing something like that.

Theres nothing worse than spending a heap of time on a picture, then stumbling across somebody having taken it from the site (not the game) and using it without informing you. Most people are happy to let you once asked though

As I understand it, GDS don't own the rights to any of the renders used in TEW. Adam has been given permission by each individual artist to use their work in his game, therefore the rights and ownership still belong to whoever created the renders so you would require their permission to use them elsewhere. I may be wrong however, only Adam can fully answer this question.
