So far I have only seen Gino Montero show up in my game and I went looking for him (since he pops up in Mexico but not USA where I am running my CZCW game)... What other future workers are out there (especially in the US) that I should be looking for... I have the highlight new workers option on but I have not seen any new workers in the US in the few months I have been playing... Who are the Cameron Vessey's and Bulldozer Brandon Smiths of this world that have yet to debut?

Hugh de Aske and Wade Orson are gifted. If you have no problems with a**holes in your fed, you could also hire Oleg Doroslov. But most of all take a look at Japan. It's amazing how many young incredible talents they have...

If you want to get a look at all of the new workers in the game, just go into the main editor (not in-game editor), select workers, and in the filter set game state to "yet to debut." You'll get the whole list of workers that debut after January 2008 and can see when each is set to show up. Otherwise, you can always check the news section on the internet page at the beginning of the month, and there will be a note for any new worker that has debuted that month. Plenty of useful workers show up just in the first year. As mentioned, Jay Chord, the Gauge brothers, and Hugh de Aske (although he doesn't show up until 2009) are all phenomenal talents. Primus Allen debuts in March 2008, I think, and California Love Machine in April. I've always liked both of those characters as well. If I sign him, I often put CLM into a "Love and Money" tag team with Nathaniel Ca$ino, who debuts in June and is another new worker I often like to hire.
