Eisen-verse
I know that when you fail and owners goal then it can make them unhappy and all that you have to do is succeed on an owner's goal to make it all better again. However, how can you go about succeeding in the short term if all of your goals are set for a year later or so. I signed Darryl DeVine to the SWF even though he had below a C- resiliency (mostly because I really want to utilize him in my "Shooting Star" division) and it made Richard Eisen a little un-happy. So, how can I bump that back up to him being completely happy if all of my goals are set to expire a year from now?
Jaded
Not sure you can, but I don't think it'll matter if ALL your goals are long-term - I'm fairly confident that owner patience only goes down again when you fail another goal, and I don't think it has any effect on other stuff apart from the chance of you being sacked. But that isn't really unfair in any way; it was your choice to break one of the goals, knowing that it would lower the owner's patience and that it would be quite a while before you would have a chance to raise it again, you can hardly then complain that you don't like the resulting effect - you had full knowledge of it beforehand. I was just asking whether or not I could bump it back up in some way given under the next year. I'm totally cool with the fact that he is un-happy about that signing, just wanted to know if there was a thing i could do. Thanks though adam! Adam Ryland
Oh, OK. I thought your original question was rhetorical as you appeared to already know that there was no way of doing it, so it sounded like a complaint.
